According to an official statement from Forbes, Rihanna is celebrating some massive news — she can have the word billionaire next to her name.
According to Forbes, Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty lingerie brand is now worth $1 billion. Rihanna achieved that feat after more than $115 million have been raised to expand into retail.
LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, which has a stake in Savage x Fenty, said the company grew 200% in 2020 and “increased its active VIP member base by more than 150%.”
Rihanna’s love life is also going pretty smoothly. RiRi has recently gone official with her boyfriend, hip hop artist and fashion enthusiast A$AP Rocky, but for her fans, this Valentine’s Day was overshadowed by a string of sexy pictures from the “Umbrella” singer herself.
Taking to Instagram with a selection of bedroom photos, Rihanna wore a sheer red outfit, which included a thong, thigh-high stiletto boots, red gloves almost as long as her arms, and an array of shimmering diamond necklaces and other jewelry.
The 32-year-old pop star struck various poses as she modeled her own clothing line, Savage X Fenty.
And she still was not finished after Valentine’s weekend, taking to Instagram again on Monday to show her more than 91 million followers a pair of purple silk shorts… as she posed topless wearing them.
Rihanna stood on a balcony against a backdrop of the night sky and a blue pool, covering her chest with her arms and once again wearing multiple items of jewelry, including a long pearl necklace and large bangles.
She wore red lipstick and a touch of makeup, and her dark hair was tied back neatly.
In the caption for the post, she tagged DJ Popcaan and quoted some of his lyrics about wearing no clothes.
Fans are currently anticipating Rihanna’s ninth studio album, which she is believed to be working on.
She has also been busy advertising items from her Savage X Fenty line, and in the last year, has released products for Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin.
Last December, Rihanna confirmed rumors she was dating rapper A$AP Rocky, who appeared in a promotional campaign for Fenty Skin in August 2020.
The pair went on a trip to Barbados together over Christmas, which a source said “couldn’t have been better.”
Rumors of their relationship began last January after Rihanna split from Hassan Jameel, a Saudi billionaire heir, who was her boyfriend for three years.
