Rihanna has bought a mansion in Beverly Hills for $13.8 million, with Sir Paul McCartney and Madonna as neighbors.
Pictures of the home have captivated fans because they revealed a beautiful nursery for a baby. Are Rihanna and boyfriend A$AP Rocky trying to tell the world something?
The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property was purchased by Rihanna recently for more than a million dollars below the asking price of $15 million.
The stunning property, which was listed for sale by Daniel Starr, who had conducted extensive renovations on the mansion, was first built in the 1930s and is located among the mountains in Beverly Hills, offering privacy for the 33-year-old “Diamonds” singer.
According to the property listing, it also includes a pool, a spa, an outdoor courtyard, and several fire pits. It boasts a total area of almost 22,000 square feet and features a stunning guest house.
The kitchen has marble worktops and two islands, and the design of the property is said to be a blend of traditional and contemporary effects, with some describing it as a farmhouse with a contemporary look.
The aspirant billionaire’s new mansion also comes with a cocktail bar, formal living, and family areas.
However, the thing that caught everyone’s eye shows a jungle-themed nursery room with a crib and changing table.
For those who are not aware of it, after Rihanna split from Saudi businessman Hassan Jameel, PEOPLE Magazine confirmed that she is in a serious relationship with rapper A$AP Rocky.
Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, Rihanna will live just over the road from Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney, whom she collaborated with back in 2015 on “FourFiveSeconds.”
Pop icon Mariah Carey is believed to be leasing out a property nearby, while Madonna moved to the area last year during the coronavirus pandemic.
Before being purchased by Daniel Starr, the property was owned by Mary Sheldon, the daughter of Broadway writer Sidney Sheldon.
Starr sold the property to Rihanna after listing it for $15 million and accepting $13.8 million from the “Umbrella” singer.
Despite the coronavirus pandemic, Rihanna has managed to come through with her Fenty businesses still intact — even announcing last week that it was expanding to include Fenty Hair.
Although Fenty Fashion House has been put on hold due to the pandemic, Fenty Skin, Savage X Fenty, and Fenty Beauty will continue to operate, with Fenty Hair being added this year.
