Katharine McPhee delights fans and her stepdaughter by sharing new bikini snaps just weeks after giving birth to her first child.
Katharine McPhee has shared stunning new photos looking stylish in a brown bikini and sunglasses just weeks after giving birth to her first child.
Katharine McPhee has delighted her fans with another series of bikini photos. The diva showed her body in a stunning bathing suit that looked like it has clouds painted on it.
Katharine McPhee explained that the bathing suit was created by her stepdaughter, Sara Foster.
She wrote: “I’m obsessed. These matching bathing suits for the whole family — I’m crazy about it. Thank you so much for sending it, because I was really hoping I’d get something! Do we think @DavidFoster is going to wear the trunks?”
The singer and actress also posted to Instagram this week to say that she “loves her curves” because her “baby gave them to her.”
She gave birth to her son, Rennie, on February 24th, whose name is said to have a long history in the family of Katharine’s husband, David Foster, 71.
Posting to her Instagram Stories, Katharine McPhee, 37, shared two photos wearing a brown two-piece swimsuit with a pair of stylish shades and gold earrings, including one where she is joined by fashion stylist for the stars Monica Rose.
McPhee also shared a selfie in a different mirror as she was getting ready in a large walk-in fashion closet, captioning the post “spring is near.”
She wore a white robe, and her highlighted hair was styled wavy and flowed around her face and shoulders. Katharine McPhee has been married to David Foster since 2019 after they met in 2005.
Rennie, who is Katharine McPhee’s first child, is also their first child together and David Foster’s first son. He has five daughters from his four previous marriages.
McPhee spoke earlier in March about how she enjoyed motherhood, which felt “natural” to her.
She also opened up about how she does not feel any pressure to work out or fit into certain clothing after her pregnancy and expressed her gratitude for giving birth to a “healthy baby.”
McPhee told PEOPLE: “I thought I would have this pressure [to bounce back], but I’ve just been so grateful and happy that I’ve had a healthy baby, and I’ve felt really good, emotionally and physically.”
McPhee went on to say: “I’m so happy that I don’t have this crazy pressure yet to fit into whatever jeans I have in my closet. I don’t even think about them right now! In my everyday life, I would have an event coming up or need to work out, and it’s just really nice to have a break and be happy where I am.”
The “Over It” singer has said that she is making the most of the downtime with her new baby and is happy with where she is at the moment.
She has previously shared photos on Instagram with baby Rennie, saying that she “loves being a mommy.”
