The pictures posted online this week have landed Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton in some trouble, amid controversies and allegations forcing royal fans to pick sides.
This week, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, delighted many by sharing an adorable picture of her youngest son, Prince Louis, who was celebrating his third birthday.
Prince William‘s child looked cute in the photo that was taken by his mother, Kate Middleton, as he headed to his first day of preschool.
The young child wore a blue outfit, sported a matching backpack, and flashed a huge smile as he posed on a shiny red bike. The Duchess of Cambridge snapped the photo outside the family’s Kensington residence.
A royal expert has revealed that the picture of the little prince might be Kate Middleton’s way of taking a shot at Prince Harry, who made a bizarre comment about his childhood and bike riding in his bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Prince Harry said during his conversation with the TV mogul: “All of these things are just—I guess the highlight for me is sticking him on the back of a bicycle in his little baby seat and taking him on bike rides which is something I was never able to do when I was young. I can seat him on the back, and he’s got his arms out, and he’s like ‘whoah.'”
Fans and the media were quick to dig up half a dozen pictures where a young Prince Harry could be seen riding and having fun with his two parents.
Some people said Prince Harry had selective memory, while others called him out on the lie.
Royal expert Daniella Elser said in a penetrating piece for News.com.au that she believes that the Duchess of Cambridge shared the eyebrow-raising photo of Prince Louis to send a message to Prince Harry.
She said: “And that is why Kate’s decision to photograph her youngest son on a bike is so marked. Take a gander at the shots she has previously shared of all three of her little ones and while she is not averse to a prop here or there – a rope swing, teddy bear and some lovely messy finger paint – none of the kids have ever been photographed with a bike.”
The author added: “Which is what makes today’s inclusion of it so eyebrow-raising. For one thing, there are in fact a number of shots of Harry as a child riding a two-wheeler with his own dad Prince Charles and brother Prince William. Therefore, it could be argued that the duchess is highlighting that perhaps Harry has been indulging in a certain historical revisionism, something which the inhabitants of Kensington Palace did not miss.”

Hours after Kate Middleton sent the message to Prince Harry with Louis’s bike photo, some royal fans believe that Meghan Markle decided to retaliate.
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, pregnant with a baby girl due in June, was pictured as she took her son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, to school.
The suspicious timing of the photos has fans of Prince William and Kate Middleton frustrated because they believe that Meghan Markle upstaged Prince Louis.
A royal supporter had this remark: “Suddenly, on Prince Louis’s birthday, she walking him to ‘school.'”
Another person stated: “Of course, there are pictures published today on Louis’s third birthday and just after the funeral she didn’t attend and the Queen‘s 95th birthday …she had to have a little slice of the action, didn’t she?”
A backer of Meghan stepped in with this point of view: “STFU, she has no control when the media publishes photos! It has nothing to do with Louis’ birthday & has no effect on it — same with the funeral! Get the f**k over your hatred of Meghan.”
Making peace with the royal family will not be an easy thing for Prince Harry.
