Prince Harry recently did an interview where he explained that the world needs to stop blaming his wife, Meghan Markle, for their departure from the royal family with the constant usage of the “misogynistic term,” “Megxit.”
Without going into too many details, the 37-year-old California resident slammed the “troll” who kept pushing the word and the belief that Meghan Markle was solely at fault for their decision to step back as working members of the royal family.
Prince Harry stated: “Maybe people know this, and maybe they don’t, but the term ‘Megxit’ was or is a misogynistic term. It was created by a troll, amplified by royal correspondents, and it grew and grew and grew into mainstream media.”
In that same interview, Prince Harry hinted that he is a man who takes responsibility for his actions and his words and that while his wife is supportive, she did not push him to do anything against his will.
When the Oprah Winfrey interview aired, many claimed that Meghan Markle was the mastermind.
A resurfaced video has an expert agreeing that Markle did not have the power to make Prince Harry quit his royal duties and move to the United States and sit down for a bombshell interview where he made revelations that shattered the royal family’s so-called clean image.
In the clip where Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, was caught off guard, he hinted that he was happy to exit the royal family and become an independent prince, according to a body language expert.
Earlier this year, Prince Harry and his spouse Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, sat down for a bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey.
The power couple did not hold back and shared their long list of grievances during the sit-down.
Prince Harry rattled the royal family by making a racist accusation against an unknown relative who questioned the color of his son’s skin when Meghan Markle was pregnant.
He also made the sensational claim that he felt abandoned by his father, Prince Charles, as he dealt with his childhood traumas after his mother, Princess Diana, died.
Prince Harry also said that his brother, Prince William, was trapped.
As for Meghan Markle, she said that she was mentally unwell, had dark thoughts, and the royal family did not reach out.
The former actress and philanthropist also dropped the bombshell that Kate Middleton made her cry before her wedding over a misunderstanding.
Famous body language expert Jesus Enrique Rosas has revealed that Prince Harry was unexpectedly caught making a gesture that showed his “true feelings” at the end of the interview.
The body language expert claimed that Prince Harry was happy to finally reveal his truth to the world, no matter how painful it was for the royal family.
Rosas pointed to the very last seconds of the interview where Prince Harry seemed delighted with the revelations he had made before “catching himself and allegedly mimicking sadness.”
He explained that Prince Harry’s body language clearly indicates that Meghan Markle did not force him to take part in the sit-down and drop a series of bombshells about his family.
Rosas explained via The Mirror: “You’ll be surprised by how someone’s real attitude and emotions can show when they think the cameras are not rolling anymore. And Harry and Meghan are not an exception. Saying that Harry was forced to do this [interview] doesn’t make sense because how come he was laughing at the end? So, going back to the clip at the end of Oprah’s interview and after doing a systemic analysis of intentions, and what has happened since then – realizing that Harry has been absolutely in control of his actions all this time.”
The body language expert concluded by saying the brief clip and Prince Harry’s joy confirmed that Meghan Markle did not have any power over her husband in that specific situation.
He continued: “You can have a counter-argument, that’s fair – that Harry didn’t really want to do that interview, that he didn’t want to hurt his family. But then you will be implying that somehow Meghan has an absurd amount of power over him. That would mean that Harry has absolutely no responsibility for his actions. So, what actually happened at the end of the Oprah interview is that he was showing his real face of joy… and then he remembered that he had to show a serious and sad attitude and instantly adjusted his emotion.”
This week, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made their red carpet debut at the 2021 Salute to Freedom Gala in New York City, and she used the moment to let the world know that her husband has her full support.
A reporter asked Markle in a stunning red gown if she was proud of her spouse. She responded by: “I’m always proud of him.”
The power couple seems to have each other’s back.
