In a series of bizarre photos that Spears’s former spouse, Jason Alexander, posted on his Instagram page, he revealed that he has been lurking her family in their private Louisiana estate.
Alexander parked his car in front of the singer’s mother, Lynne Spears‘s Serenity compound in Kentwood.
He took several photos and videos, and shared them online with this caption: “Daddy Spears hiding behind gates @britneyspears.”
He was also joined by a woman who could be heard in one of the videos praying for a curse to fall on the family.
According to Page Six, the unidentified woman said “every evil deed spoken or thought about” on Lynne’s property in the clip.
The family reached out to the New York-based publication via an insider and said it was too close to comfort.
The family source revealed: “They think it’s incredibly inappropriate and downright weird. It’s bad enough that the family has to deal with fans getting too close for comfort, but they’d like to think they can expect more from Jason, who claims to still have so much love and respect for Britney.”
Alexander and Spears were married in 2004. The marriage lasted only 55 hours.
