Kanye West is back at it on social media. Many thought the new team of professionals he has recently hired had taken over his official Instagram account.
The rapper penned a serious message on Tuesday morning explaining that he has changed his ways and made several promises to his fans, his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian, and indirectly her boyfriend, Pete Davidson.
Kanye West revealed that his days of posting mean and public threats towards the Saturday Night Live star are behind him.
The billionaire MC also told his former spouse that he would no longer be harassing her. West, who ended his romance with actress Julia Fox, also swore off messages in all caps.
West said he was doing his best to work on his communication skills and added: “I’ve learned that using all caps makes people feel like I’m screaming at them. I’m working on my communication. I can benefit from a team of creative professionals, organizers, mobilizers, and community leaders.”
West explained that to become a better leader, he needs to listen to others. He concluded by apologizing to Kardashian for harassing her with his words and gestures.
West confessed: “Thank everybody for supporting me. I know sharing screenshots was jarring and came off as harassing Kim. I take accountability, and I’m still learning in real-time. I don’t have all the answers. To be good leader is to be a good listener.”
To clean up his act and image, West has once more deleted all the wild and somewhat inappropriate messages/photos he shared on his page over the weekend.
He also confessed on social media that he wants his family back.
West also spent his busy Sunday leaking multiple text messages between himself, Kardashian, and Davidson.
In one exchange, Kardashian begs him to stop bullying and harassing Davidson because she fears that someone might hurt the comedian.
The promises made by West were short-lived.
Less than 8 hours after claiming that he had turned over a new leaf, Kanye West jumped back on social media, where he confirmed that he slipped back.
The rapper posted yet another picture of Kardashian wearing her signature all-black outfit and matching dark shades.
He went back to writing in all caps and said the following: “VISION OH, SORRY, ALL CAPS IS BACK FOR THE THE PEOPLE THAT’S ALL CAP.”
This time around, not many people are laughing at Kardashian/West’s complicated and somewhat dangerous situation.
Many social media users said that they are concerned for Kardashian, and West needs to seek help and stop traumatizing her.
Others claimed that West had gone too far, and this could spiral out of control.
A few told Kardashian to get a restraining order because this is getting scarier by the day.
Some prominent figures have taken to Twitter and Instagram and demanded that this be taken seriously.
