It took Kanye West less than 12 hours to prove Kim Kardashian was right when she told a judge that she was going through “emotional distress” because of his harassing Instagram posts and relentless ranting.
On Thursday, TMZ broke the news that Kim Kardashian’s attorneys have returned to court to find ways to speed up the divorce process.
Kardashian filed for divorce one year ago and has moved on with Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson.
Since splitting up from Kardashian, Kanye West has dated many women.
Even though the billionaire rapper is having a wild time with stunning models, actresses, and reality TV stars, he is doing all in his power to remain married to Kardashian.
He still calls Kardashian his “wife,” and he has professed his love for her and begged her to come back to him on countless occasions.
West stated his affection for Kardashian and went on to harass her and directly threaten Davidson on his official Instagram page.
According to PEOPLE Magazine, Kardashian explicitly referred to the menacing post that West shared on social as a source of stress and one of the main reasons why the divorce needs to be finalized as soon as possible.
She claimed: “Since filing for divorce, Mr. West, by his actions, has made it clear that he does not accept that the parties’ marital relationship is over. Mr. West has disseminated on social media the parties’ private communications and misinformation about personal family matters and co-parenting, which has caused emotional distress. Terminating marital status should help Mr. West to accept that the parties’ marital relationship is over and to move forward on a better path which will assist in peacefully co-parenting the parties’ children.”
The billionaire influencer went on to call out West for creating “tension and anxiety” and accused him of trying to “rewrite the terms of the parties’ prenuptial.”
She continued: “There are no community property assets or debts. Mr. West does not claim otherwise…his counsel’s bold statement that the parties’ prenuptial agreement is irrelevant does not make it so, nor does Mr. West or his counsel explain why this is so.”
According to the documents, Kardashian’s legal representative had a lot to say about West’s destructive activities online.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star confessed that Kanye West’s pleasure in sharing “misinformation” and private family matter have caused great distress.
She explained: “I very much desire to be divorced. I have asked Kanye to keep our divorce private, but he has not done so. Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private family matters and co-parenting on social media, which has created emotional distress. I believe that the court terminating our marital status will help Kanye to accept that our marital relationship is over and to move forward on a better path which will assist us in peacefully co-parenting our children.”
Hours after Kardashian revealed her distress, West proved her point by jumping on Instagram to mock Davidson.
West wrote: “Ran Skete off the gram. Tell your mother I changed your name for life.”
Believe it or not, West was celebrating because he assumed that his constant cyberbullying pushed Davidson, whom he calls Skete, to deactivate his latest Instagram account.
West recently called the actor a “d–head,” leaked his private messages, and threatened to put his security at risk.
West’s fans showed up at his concert in Miami with shirts that read “RIP SKETE.”
