It seems that the rumors are true after all. Kanye West has decided to travel to an idyllic and undisclosed location to clear his mind and enjoy some much-needed downtime with his new girlfriend, Chaney Jones.
Jones took to social media, and she shared a breathtaking photo confirming that she and West are currently on vacation and are having the times of their lives.
In the brief video posted on Instagram, Jones and West are driving on a rocky/desert-like area heading towards a stunning beach.
As if the video was not enough, the model and mental health expert captioned the clip — “Baevacation.”
Jones revealed the private trip to the world just days after multiple sources explained that West, who had been harassing Kim Kardashian and her boyfriend, Pete Davidson, with wild rants and disturbing messages, told some that he is ready for a change.
The drama on social media pushed West to pull out of Coachella and he was banned from performing at last week’s Grammys.
It was originally reported by Page Six that the billionaire rapper had decided to go away and seek help, and his rep denied that story.
However, a second source revealed to the same publication that West wants to go to treatment to be a “better human and better dad,” and his team is searching for places “with a luxury component.”
West is looking at upscale spots in Arizona, Thailand, and Bali for his peace of mind.
According to the insider: “West’s team has been looking at treatment facilities for him, and he wants to enter a behavioral treatment center to be a better human and a better dad.”
Last week, another source told Page Six that Kanye West had a private conversation with ex-wife Kim Kardashian and confessed to her that “he’s going away to get help.. for the sake of the kids, Kanye has told Kim he’s not making any public appearances or inflammatory social media statements, and he will go away somewhere to get better.”
West and Kardashian share four children together — North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
Another source close to Kanye West spoke to E! News and revealed the rapper dropped out of the music festival “to focus on himself. It’s a lot of pressure and stress on him right now.”
West has decided to take another approach to life, social media, and his divorce from Kardashian.
The family friend claimed: “On some level, Kanye knows that what he was doing wasn’t working. His new rep encouraged him to stay off of social media and the internet. It is extremely unhealthy for him.”
Fans are hoping that the legendary artist will keep up this new attitude moving forward.
