Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Make Their Intention With Queen Elizabeth Known — Royal Family Appears To Respond

Prince Harry was quizzed on various topics in his most recent interview, to which he reluctantly gave answers.

Meghan Markle‘s husband was asked about his complicated relationships with Prince Charles and Prince William.

While on NBC, the former soldier was asked to share a bit of the private meeting that he had last week with Queen Elizabeth II.

The prince said that they had a lovely moment with Her Majesty, who was celebrating her 96th birthday, and explained that despite his ongoing lawsuit against the British government, he is entertaining the idea of joining her for the Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

Prince Harry explained: “I don’t know yet. There are lots of things: security issues and everything else. So this is what I’m trying to do, trying to make it possible that, you know, I can get my kids to meet her.”

Meghan Markle has also promised Queen Elizabeth that she will return to England very soon with her two children, Archie and Lilibet Diana, so that she could spend some time with them.

A royal source recently spoke to The Mirror and revealed that plans are underway for Prince Harry’s return to London in June.

The Palace insider stated that the royal family seems to be committed to making the meeting between Queen Elizabeth and her great-grandchildren happen.

The person in the know stated: “Harry is certainly in favor of going, so naturally plans are being put in place for him to make the trip should he want to confirm. There is the issue of security and the ongoing court case which needs to be sorted out. Previously it was a red line for Harry, but there might be a resolution in the offering. Everything will hinge on that, but Harry loves seeing his grandmother and wants to spend time with her and his family.”

Royal aides via The Daily Mail have previously stated that they would make it possible for the Sovereign to meet Prince Harry’s children.

Another source explained that some in the royal family still have concerns about Prince Harry and Markle’s presence at the Platinum Jubilee.

Prince Charles is wary that the event will turn into the Markle and Prince Harry show when the focus should be on Queen Elizabeth.

The source told The Sun: “Charles wants the Platinum Jubilee to focus only on the Queen. Many are disappointed that Andrew overshadowed Prince Philip’s Thanksgiving service and didn’t want the Meghan and Harry circus to hijack the Jubilee.”

It was also revealed that Prince Charles is dreading the Netflix cameras that now follow the Duke and Duchess of Sussex for their multi-million dollar documentaries.

The person revealed: “This is the Queen’s show and should be about her and her 70 years of service rather than Meghan’s fashion, the kids, and Harry. They don’t want it to become the Harry and Meghan show. Charles and all the family are agreed on that. The royal family will be watching on at Invictus events this week, concerned where Netflix will be when the Jubilee comes round. They will want to film behind the scenes or be in the crowd at the Jubilee as it is better footage for the documentary.”

Some concessions will have to be made for the meeting with the children to happen.
