Madonna has decided that she no longer wants to live “La Vida Loca” with her young boyfriend, Ahlamalik Williams.
Reliable sources have confirmed that the Queen of Pop ended her romance with her backup dancer after three years of dating.
A person familiar with the situation claimed that the separation was a long time coming, but it had nothing to do with the huge age difference.
The couple has a 35-year age gap — Madonna is 63 and Williams is 28. It has also been claimed that the exes have remained amicable through the process of dissolving their steamy romance.
According to the person, who talked to The Sun, the pair grew apart because of the lockdown caused by the pandemic, and Madonna has become extremely busy with her career.
The person told the media outlet: “Madonna has thrown herself into a busy social life and has been seeing her friends and family after the split. She has a packed schedule, working on her upcoming biopic, new music, and looking after her family.”
The insider went on to explain: “Things have been on and off with Ahlamalik for a while. There’s a lot of love, but for now, they have decided to separate. They are still on good terms, and there are no hard feelings, but they are at different places in their lives. They spent months together on tour and in lockdown, but now he has moved out of her home. It was hard to keep their romance alight.”

Along with the sexy carousel of photos, via her Instagram page, Madonna shared a cryptic message about the split: “Karma said: when somebody in your life is not right for you… God will continuously use them to hurt you until you become strong enough to let them go.”
Madonna and Williams were first seen together in September 2019. In December 2019, the dancer’s father, Drue, confirmed the romance and explained that they had been together for over a year.
He said at that time: “Love has no age. My son is livin’ la Vida Loca, and I’m just happy for him.”
