Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, will officially be joining Queen Elizabeth II‘s for the festivities surrounding her Platinum Jubilee next month.
The pair’s many interviews and wild revelations have set them up for some rather embarrassing meetings with many of the royal family members.
It has been reported that there is a big possibility that Prince William and Kate Middleton might travel to Wales to represent Her Majesty and conveniently avoid having any interactions with Prince Harry and Markle.
However, Prince Charles, who met briefly with his son and his wife last month, is expected to be reunited with the duo during the June celebrations.
That implies that Prince Harry will be spending some time with Camilla Parker Bowles.
Author Tina Brown has released some rather embarrassing information about Prince Harry and his stepmother, Camilla Parker Bowles, that will undoubtedly create a tense atmosphere between the duo when they meet.
According to the royal author and expert, the Duke of Sussex and Bowles are cordial because they come from high society.
That is what is expected of them — but there is a lot of resentment stemming from an incident that occurred with Prince Harry was a child.
Brown has revealed that the former soldier resents his stepmother because she changed his old bedroom into a dressing room.
In Brown’s new book, The Palace Papers: Inside the House of Windsor, the Truth, and the Turmoil, Prince Harry’s relationship with Camilla, The Duchess of Cornwall started deteriorating after modifying their Highgrove House in Gloucestershire.
The journalist, a close pal of Princess Diana, said that Prince Harry “can’t stand” Camilla, The Duchess of Cornwall, and “resents her.”
The royal reporter explained in the book that Prince William and Prince Harry always had a complex relationship with Bowles.
Because they were “well aware of his father’s infidelities and knew the details of his affair with Camilla while he was still married; to their mum, Diana.”
She also shared a few details about Bowles’s first meeting with Prince Harry by saying: “He unnerved her with long silences and smoldering resentful stares.”
She further revealed that Prince William remained “guarded,” whereas his brother was “outright sullen” about Prince Charles’s romance with his second wife.
The author also claimed that while Prince William has been able to make his peace with the decision that Bowles will be Queen, Prince Harry has not, and he never will.
She revealed that Prince Harry is “angry” at the decision, saying: “William has accepted Camilla in terms of what she means to his father. He’s been grown-up about it. ‘My father loves this woman, I can’t fight it, so I won’t. Harry, on the other hand, can’t stand Camilla. He doesn’t want Camilla to be queen. He’s very angry that it’s happening. He has not made his peace with it, and he probably never will.”
To make this family reunion ever more complicated, it is believed that Prince Harry’s upcoming tell-all book that will be released after the Jubilee will contain a few pages about his difficult relationship with his stepmother.
