It is claimed that a new and very different Meghan Markle appeared at Queen Elizabeth II‘s recent Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
Markle attended Her Majesty‘s milestone with her husband, Prince Harry, and their two children, Archie and Lilibet Diana.
The former American actress took the trip to the UK with the following mission: to make amends with the royal family.
Relationships between the Sussex couple and several royals, including Kate Middleton, Prince William, and Prince Charles, have disintegrated over the past two years because of “Megxit” and the bombshell interviews.
In early June, Markle returned to London with the plan to rekindle her friendship or cordial relationship with Kate Middleton.
The aspiring politician was hoping to connect with Middleton using the thread that binds them — they are both 40 years old and mothers to young children.
Meghan Markle had a small picnic-style birthday party for her daughter, Lilibet, who turned one.
The activist invited Kate Middleton, Prince William, and their three children, Prince George, 8, Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis, 4, to the birthday party.
The Cambridges turned down the Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge declined the invitation because of a prior scheduled engagement.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, royal expert Neil Sean claimed that Markle was saddened by the fact that she was not able to reconcile with Kate Middleton with the help of their children.
Sean stated: “Meghan Markle was really hoping to reconcile with Kate using the children to try and rebond the whole family together.”
The royal commentator then revealed that Markle went out of her way to display a new personality to calm the fears of the royals that she is a provocateur who is always stirring things up with speeches, essays, and interviews.
He claimed that Markle made a major sacrifice — she transformed from outspoken to shy to fit in.
Sean continued: “One way or another, that really wasn’t meant to be. The whole visit was very strange, to say the least. The few staff that did re-interact with Harry and Meghan said it was like meeting a totally different person.”
He went on to say: “Meghan was rather subdued and shy. She didn’t really interact with people and seemingly didn’t want to get on the wrong side of them.”
The revelations come amid reports that Queen Elizabeth is planning a spectacular birthday party for Prince William and Kate Middleton at the end of the summer — many are wondering will Prince Harry and Markle be invited?
