Ahead of Britney Spears‘s highly-anticipated tell-all book, her teenage son, Jayden Federline, has decided to speak out, and he does have a lot to say.
However, then again, so does Britney Spears, who was quick to clap back and put her child in his place with a lengthy message explaining that she is not sorry for her rowdy behavior.
And, of course, Spears’s epic clap-back came with a topless video. The 15-year-old appeared in an interview with The Sun, where he opened up about why he and his older brother — Preston, 16, are estranged from their pop star mother.
He shared his thoughts on her Spears semi-naked Instagram photos and where he stands with his grandparents — Jamie Spears and Lynne Spears.
Jayden James revealed that he and his brother decided not to attend their mother’s lavish wedding in June because she did not invite their father and his new family.
The young man, who conducted the interview with his father by his side, claimed: “At the time, it just wasn’t a good time to go. I’m not saying that I’m not happy for her. I’m really happy for them, but she didn’t invite the whole family, and then if it was just going to be me and Preston, I just don’t see how that situation would have ended on good terms.”
The high school student also shared his thoughts and Spears’s decision to be an avid poster on Instagram, where she enjoys sharing semi-naked photos.
He stated: “Social media helps her… So if that’s what she wants to do, that’s what she wants to do, I’m not going to hate her for that. At the same time, she should come to the realization of whatever it is that stops her loving her family. It’s almost like she has to post something on Instagram to get some attention. This has gone on for years and years and years, and there’s a high chance that this will never stop, but I’m hoping for me that she will stop.”
Jayden James opened up about his relationship with his grandfather, Jamie Spears, grandmother Lynne Spears, and the 13-year conservatorship.
He said that Jamie Spears “really cares about his family” and “doesn’t deserve all the hatred he is getting in the media. I love him, with all my heart. He was just trying to be a father.”
Reacting to her son’s statement, Britney Spears said she failed as a mother.
She wrote: “Pss if you can honestly sit back and say with your sensible brilliant mind what memaw and pawpaw did to me was fine and call them. Not bad people… Then yes, I have failed as a mother, and hopefully, that’s a chat for you and your father to sit face to face and try to learn what’s good.”
Spears did a follow-up where she posted a video where she is topless and told her sons this: “I haven’t been able to post my loving family… either way I’m so sorry children I continue to do social media … I’m sorry you feel I do it for attention … I’m sorry for the way you feel … but guess what ???? I’ve got news for you … I’m a child of God as well we all are in God’s eyes … so NOPE, I’m not sorry … I’ve learned to say SO !!!”
The pop music princess is doing things her own way.
