In a surprising twist, King Charles III has sent a direct message to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, informing them that he wants them to attend his coronation ceremony.
The glorious event will take place on May 6 at Westminster Abbey. There has been a lot of bad blood between London and Montecito in the past weeks because of the revelations, accusations, and humiliating eviction from Frogmore Cottage.
However, this week, King Charles made a move that confirms that he wants a reunion with Prince Harry, Markle, and their young children — Archie and Lilbet — and is willing to throw Prince William and Camilla, Queen Consort, under the bus to get his wish.
Aware that the couple is hesitant about attending the event, King Charles, via top aides from Buckingham Palace, has revealed plans for Prince Harry not to feel humiliated or pressured during the crowning ceremony.
Prince Harry has made it abundantly clear in his book Spare and in the interviews that he has little love and respect for his stepmother.
The former soldier believes that Camilla, Queen Consort, played a significant part in destroying the relationship between his late mother and his father and subsequently damaged his childhood.
Prince Harry also claimed that Camilla, Queen Consort, who was desperate to clean up her image as the mistress, cozied up to the media and leaked stories about members of the Royal Family.
According to the Daily Mail, King Charles understands Prince Harry’s pain of seeing his stepmother being crowned Queen instead of Princess Diana.
His Majesty has put certain measures in place so Prince Harry will not have to bow and show respect to Queen Camilla.
However, Prince William will have to pay homage to Camilla, Queen Consort. The media outlet reported: “He has been struggling with the prospect of watching the woman who ‘replaced’ his mother wearing the crown that should have been Diana’s and being anointed just a few yards from where her coffin had rested at Westminster Abbey. A royal source whispers only William will now pay homage to his dad with Harry remaining in his seat, adding: ‘Harry will not have to pass the Queen Consort and bow as he does so.’ Problematis solvendis?”
Prince Harry had been asked if he plans to attend the coronation, and he gave an ambiguous response by saying: “There’s a lot that can happen between now and then. But, you know, the door is always open. The ball is in their court. There’s a lot to be discussed, and I really hope that they can — that they are willing to sit down and talk about it because there’s a lot that’s happened in six years. And prior to that as well.”
King Charles seems to take notice that whether the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attend the coronation or not, the media will focus on them.
If what you have written turns out to be true then Charles is going to make himself a very disliked person with the rest of his family and also the public who he has to remember he is supposed to represent as our king he has to remember that he is the king of a commonwealth not just one spoilt brat that feels sorry for himself
