According to The Daily Beast, King Charles’s situation is serious, and his health issues threaten the future of the monarchy.
Behind closed doors, Prince William, who thankfully can breathe a sigh of relief because his wife, Kate Middleton, is doing better, has been given a higher profile in the monarchy.
Royal insiders told the outlet that he hired a new private secretary, Ian Patrick, “an experienced former diplomat who had worked for the Foreign Office for eight years,” to help him navigate this new era.
Prince William is taking multiple international trips to represent the institution. The world, along with Prince Harry, is discovering that plans are underway for his older brother to be crowned King William V.
Prince Harry is facing disappointing news, as he had hoped for more time with his father, King Charles.
Prince Harry hoped that Father Time would allow him to compensate for the pain and heartaches that his book, interviews, and TV series caused His Majesty and other Royal Family members.
The former soldier was also eyeing a secret agreement with King Charles. Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, have been putting some distance between them as a couple.
They have also taken separate routes with their business. According to insiders who spoke to The Daily Beast, Prince Harry’s decision to put some miles between himself and his wife has made it much easier to rehabilitate his image from a fallen and controversial runaway royal to a global statesman and philanthropist to impress his father.
The Daily Beast noted: “For Prince Harry, the changed potential timeframe for his father’s reign poses particular problems because without a peace deal being hammered out with the institution of his family, there can be no meaningful rehabilitation, allowing him to maximize his impact as a global social activist, “showing up and doing good,” as he and his team like to say.”
One royal insider told the media outlet: “He thought he might have 20 years with his father as the ultimate authority to mend those broken bridges.”
Prince Harry was eager to reach a settlement with his cancer-stricken father that would allow him to have a minor role in the monarchy. He believed it would be complex and complicated for his brother to undo what King Charles did.
For example, King Charles cannot undo his mother’s agreement with Prince Andrew for his mansion and private security.
The source added: “If a settlement were made with his father, William would not want to waste time or political capital trying to rewrite it when he became King.”
However, that will certainly not happen because Prince William will not, under any condition, allow his father to sign an agreement or settlement with delusional Prince Harry.
