Meghan Markle is on the receiving end after some of her private messages were leaked to the media.
Over the past five years, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have shared other people’s personal information, secrets, and private moments with the media.
The power couple, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, have even published private text messages from Kate Middleton in a bid to capture the public’s attention and satisfy the highest bidder.
This time around, Markle is getting a taste of her own medicine. A famous sports TV host, who wanted to date, has decided to reveal a direct message or DM he sent her via Instagram, and she responded surprisingly.
Former ESPN host Ryen Russillo appeared on a podcast and shared some fascinating details about his exchange with Markle.
The TV personality’s misjudgment of Markle’s character was evident in his belief that she would gladly date him.
He assumed that as a newcomer to Hollywood, she would jump on any opportunity to go out with a man with a higher TV status, a belief that was proven wrong.
Markle’s response confirmed that she has high standards and was searching for a more prominent figure to become her husband.
Russillo said he first met Markle at a celebrity flag football game in February 2014, and soon after, he shot his shot.
Appearing on an episode of The Bill Simmons Podcast, Russillo humiliated Markle by saying that she could not catch anyone’s attention at the event.
The former host of The Ryen Russillo Show on ESPNews explained: “It was all of the [Sports Illustrated] swimsuit models. So, nobody was paying any attention to Markle.”
He went on to say: “I was like, ‘That’s my lane. She’s probably doubting herself a little bit right now. She’s never been more obtainable.”
Russillo waited a short time and eventually contacted Markle via DM to ask her to appear on his sports program, The Ryen Russillo Show, to promote the premiere of Season 4 of Suits.
Markle understood the game that Russillo was playing and immediately ended it brutally. He concluded his story by saying: “It was a very soft sell. It was, ‘Hey, I know the new season … is coming out if you ever want to come on the show to promote it. It was really professional. It was ice cold. It was, ‘Oh, I don’t know anything about sports, but thanks for the offer.”
The public is abuzz with Markle’s private messages being leaked, sparking a heated debate between those who say this is karma for what she did to Princess Kate and those who claim her privacy should be respected.
