Meghan Markle‘s fans and the British royal family were shocked to find out what was the real name of the Duchess of Sussex, after some new details about her son, Archie, were revealed.
What caused the most confusion was that the birth certificate of the 11-month-old toddler stated that the name of his mother was Rachel, who worked as “Princess of the United Kingdom,” instead of the expected Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.
Prince Harry‘s wife’s full name is actually Rachel Meghan Markle.
However, it was later explained that even though Meghan was officially the Duchess of Sussex, she is “also technically a princess, just not in her own name” and through her marriage to Harry, became Her Royal Highness Princess Henry of Wales.
Also, the exact birthplace of the royal toddler was finally disclosed, and many were surprised to learn that Meghan gave birth to Archie at the private Portland Hospital in Westminster. This luxury allegedly cost the couple $25,000 per night.
In the meantime, Harry and Meghan reportedly have settled in Los Angeles and started their life away from the British royal family, which was supposedly not a smooth transition for the prince.
According to Angela Mollard, Harry might feel very lonely in Los Angeles, as he did not have any friends there, unlike his wife, who was now close to her mother, Doria, and the rest of her family.
However, it was reported that despite living in such close proximity to her mother, Meghan still has not been able to visit her due to the imposed measures for social distancing. Fans and critics are still debating Megxit.
