The biggest question concerning fans of Iggy Azalea currently is if the Australian rapper really gave birth to a son from Playboi Carti in April.
Rumors about the supposed pregnancy of the 29-year-old lyricist first began swirling back in December, when a source close to the couple alleged that Iggy might be pregnant.
Even though at the end of last year the “Fancy” artist claimed that she was not in a relationship at the moment when on Instagram she remarked “I’m single,” many of her fans began suspecting she might be with child nevertheless, as the singer’s activity on social media suspiciously decreased.
Also, it was recently reported that the rapper, whose real name is Amethyst Amelia Kelly, and her 23-year-old boyfriend had welcomed their first child together.
Artist DJ Akademiks broke the news by telling his 2.5 million Instagram followers that his reliable sources told him that the Australian star had a baby with the rapper.
Akademiks shared a photo of the couple with the following caption that read: “Congrats to Iggy Azalea and Playboi Carti on the birth [of] their son this weekend. Talked to some ppl…. allegedly this is true. Congrats to #playboicarti and #iggyazalea if it is.”
For the time being, neither of the supposed newly-made parents have confirmed if the rumor was true.
A fan shared this silly joke: “Didn’t she say she wasn’t pregnant? The baby’s first words are: what what what.”
This music fan reached out to the new parents with a mocking tone: “The baby gonna drop an album before Carti. This is going to be one cute baby.”
A true supporter had the following to say: “Of course, its the goat finally spreading his special precious seed. I love to see it. I feel that, but then still, this is going to be a very cute child. Uzi gone be a good uncle.”
This social media user revealed in the comment section: “Ok, cool, can he drop the album now? We need Stormi, Adonis, and Carti kid to drop a track.”
However, one of Iggy’s latest messages on Twitter made many people wonder if she was not referring to why she has not announced her pregnancy publicly, as the starlet wrote “The older I get, the less I feel the need to explain myself all the time and it’s a great feeling. If I don’t wanna…I don’t wanna. Sometimes that’s reason enough”.
Iggy and Playboi Carti, whose real name is Jordan Terrell Carter, allegedly began their romance back in September 2018, and one year later, a lot of fans of the couple were convinced that they might get married, after Iggy was seen with a massive diamond ring.
