Nothing is sweeter than photos of a newborn royal baby. This week, royal fans were delighted after Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Hereditary Grand Duchess Stephanie of Luxembourg decided to post a series of heart-melting photos of their baby boy on social media.

On Saturday, the royal couple christened their son, Prince Charles of Luxembourg at the Abbey Saint Maurice in Clervaux.

Baby Charles looked beyond adorable in a traditional white christening gown in photos published by the royal family.

While many Luxembourg royal family members were present for the happy event, it was somewhat a socially distanced gathering because many people wore face masks.

In a video from the special event, those, who attended the religious ceremony, made sure to sit according to the socially distancing regulations put in place due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The clergymen also donned facemasks in the images shared on Instagram.

Prince Charles’s godparents are his mother’s sister, Countess Gaelle de Lannoy, and his father’s brother, Prince Louis of Luxembourg.

Prince Charles’s christening photos had this exciting piece of information — he finally met his grandparents —Henri, Grand Duke of Luxembourg, and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa.

The Prince, who is the only child of Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Hereditary Grand Duchess Stephanie of Luxembourg, was born on Sunday, 10 May 2020.

Cute baby Prince Charles is second-in-line to the throne.

Two months after baby Charles was born, his delighted parents shared a few photos with this message: “We were very touched by the countless messages, gifts and the generosity of the gifts we received on the birth of our son Charles. We thank you very much. Thanks to the generosity of your donations, we will be able to support two projects that are dear to our hearts: the creation of an inclusive playground in Esch-sur-Alzette, and a project to combat child famine in South Sudan, project managed by Caritas Luxembourg.”

A royal fan shared this sweet message for the family: “Gorgeous little Prince, he looks so like his father and grandfather. Such a beautiful boy, parents, and family all radiant.???”
