With a few stunning photos, Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik confirmed that they welcomed their first child into the world.
The power couple did not reveal the name of the baby girl nor the date or place of her birth. Instead, the 25-year-old model shared a heart-melting Instagram post, where she is holding her daughter’s tiny hand.
Zayn shared a similar photo confirming that his girlfriend had given birth a few days earlier.
The beaming father captioned the picture: “Our baby girl is here, healthy and beautiful??❤️
to try put into words how I am feeling right now would be an impossible task. The love I feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, and thankful for the life we will have together x.”
A source close to the new parents told E! News that they have been very emotional since having the baby.
The singer and model are said to be head over heels with their infant who looks like an angel according to the family friend who stated: “Everything went smoothly, and she is recovering at her penthouse. Gigi is on a high and can’t believe they created an angel. She’s truly so in love and has had many emotional moments while holding her baby girl.”
The family pal went on to say that Zayn was overtaken with emotions and made a promise to Gigi and their daughter.
The insider revealed: “Zayn was very emotional when their baby girl was born. It was an emotional and special moment for him. He expressed that he is forever changed and would never disappoint her or Gigi. He wants to be the best father possible and is so excited.”
Another source spoke to Page Six and explained that Gigi gave birth on her farm in Pennsylvania with Zayn by her side.
Gigi and Zayn had been isolating on the farm since May. The duo had fun caring for animals and growing fruits and vegetables. After the birth of the baby girl, the new parents returned to Manhattan.
A supporter of the pair had this to say in the comment section: “This child already has more beauty in that tiny pinky than I will ever have in my entire body.”

The child will call Taylor Swift “auntie.” Zayn has premiered a new video this week titled “Better” from his upcoming album.
