Cardi B is tired and fed up with her own fans harassing her about her decision not to march on with her divorce from husband Offset.
The New York rapper had another nasty fight with her followers on Sunday, and it had some unexpected consequences.
Cardi B decided to delete her Twitter page and fled the Internet. Many are baffled by the fact that Cardi B decided to name drop Ariana Grande in her rant while defending her decision to stay in her marriage that she described as “dysfunctional” and “abusive.”
The “Bodak Yellow” rapper shared a video that has now been deleted where she said that she is nothing like Grande, who is a former child actress with a relatively clean-cut image and is viewed by many as a role model.
Cardi B, who was a stripper before becoming a reality TV star and artist, had this to say: “A whole bunch of 15-year-olds telling me how to live my life like I’m mother f–king Ariana Grande or something. Like I came from Disney or something. I’m so tired of people saying I’ve got to explain myself continuously. I didn’t put my divorce out there; a f–king court clerk put it out there. And because people are making rumors up, ‘Oh, this guy has a girl pregnant,’ I have to address it.”
She also slammed the people who have been attacking Offset on social media. A defensive Cardi B shared: “Then you guys want to be harassing this n—a. Bro, if I work things out, why are you going to this n—a’s Twitter to harass him? That don’t make no f—g sense.”
The “WAP” femcee also explained why she was seen smoking while celebrating her birthday. She revealed: “I smoke a cigarette… ‘Oh my God… You were smoking a cigarette because of Offset. You’re stressed. Bro, when I was a stripper I used to smoke cigarettes every day. I been smoking cigarettes since I was 15. I started smoking cigarettes because I’m bored and I was drinking on my birthday. I’m not an avid smoker, I don’t really smoke so stop.”

She went on to curse out her supporters who are doing too much: “Y’all want to call yourself fans, I don’t give a f–k. I’m tired of it. I do whatever the f–k I want to do. I love my fans and I’m grateful and thankful for what you do, but some of all of you really be acting like I am sleeping with y’all.”
Cardi made the surprising confession that she has many important things to worry about, but her marriage is not one of them.
She concluded by: “Offset is not the only f–king problem that I deal with. To be honest with you, my marriage is one of the least worries that I have right now.”
Recently, Cardi opened up about her abusive marriage by saying: “Twitter users be like, ‘Cardi, you’re in a mentally abusive relationship. Oh my gosh. We gotta save you. And I be like, ‘All right, but can I f–k him today? Because I need to have sex.’ And n—as in my DMs talking about, ‘What up big head?’ I don’t like that. I’m 28 years old, and my head’s not big. Actually, it is, but not with a lace front. The f–k.”
Some observers say that the femcee is facing a lot of pressure coming from different directions with a new album, a young child, and a marriage that is under a lot of scrutiny.
