Fans, who are still missing The Big Bang Theory, got a special treat thanks to co-stars Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuoco, who had a roasting session on social media.
It has been over a year since the beloved comedy aired its final episode, and many are having a hard time letting go of the characters and adorable TV couple — Penny and Leonard.
With the happy announcement of her new series, The Flight Attendant, Cuoco confirmed that she is definitely moving on with her acting career.
The animal lover, who has been busy on social media, took to Instagram pushing her project that follows a flight attendant (played by Cuoco) who wakes up and discovers a dead body next to her and cannot figure out how it got there.
A happy Cuoco told her followers on her Instagram page that she planned to give more details about the series and added: “Tomorrow and Tuesday, I am very excited – I will be dropping tonnes of Flight Attendant information. Yeah, lots, dropping something tomorrow and some big information on Tuesday, and then I think I’m going to do an Instagram live on Tuesday night. I think I’ve only done it twice ever, but I thought this would be fun. ‘Once I’ve dropped the exciting info on Tuesday, I thought I’d do one Tuesday night, maybe 7 pm EST so 4 pm back home if that works for you. ‘I’ll answer some questions and get you all excited for The Flight Attendant premiere, which is just around the corner. I’m really excited for the show; I hope you like it.’
Fans were thrilled by the news and rushed into the comment section to say that they are looking forward to chatting with Cuoco.
A supporter stated: “Can’t wait to see flight attendant! Also, maybe sometime you could explain all the horse jumping stuff, just us people that don’t understand it at all. ? like how they get scored and stuff.”
Galecki savagely roasted Cuoco by saying he has no plans to watch her Instagram session for this reason: “I’m busy Tuesday.”
Cuoco laughed while a fan said this: “We know you wouldn’t miss it for the world; after all, it’s Penny. ❤️❤️”
The pair always had an interesting bond that probably helped cement the iconic status of the two characters in the legendary comedy show.
Many supporters are secretly hoping that in the near future, they will be able to work on another project together.
