Chris Brown’s Mother, Joyce Hawkins, Shares Heavily Photoshopped Old Picture To Resemble Her New Self Amid Plastic Surgery Allegations

Chris Brown Joyce Hawkins Praises Him As A Son

Chris Brown was recently praised by his mother, Joyce Hawkins, who took to social media to share a sweet photo along with an uplifting message.

The proud mom posted a picture taken several years ago, where she is getting a hug from her famous singer and dancer of a son.

Mama Joyce told the R&B star he is a real inspiration to her and millions of others for being strong in the face of many obstacles.

His first and biggest fan told Chris that he deserves a standing ovation.

She also suggested to Chris that he showers his two children — Royalty and Aeko Catori Brown — with praises.

Her note read: “MY ANGEL!!!! I JUST WANTED TO LET THE WORLD KNOW HOW SPECIAL YOU ARE TO ME AND HOW PROUD I AM OF YOU!!! YOU HAVE GONE THROUGH ALOT OF ADVERSITY AND YET I SEE YOU STILL STANDING. I GIVE YOU A STANDING OVATION FOR BEING SO RESILIENT!!! I THANK YOU FOR NEVER GIVING UP!!!”

She went on to say: “YOU ARE MY STRONG BLACK KING!!! GOD BLESS YOU!! NEVER FORGET TO PRAISE YOUR BABIES!!! THEY DESERVE IT!! NEVER HESITATE TO TELL THEM WHEN THEY WRONG EITHER!! LOVE UPON THEM AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!!!”

Many were baffled because Chris’s mother decided to edit the photo to appear more youthful.

In the past few months, the 55-year-old fashion designer debuted a new stunning look that included a wrinkle-free face and slimmer figure, prompting some to say that she had plastic surgeries when her before and after pictures are compared.

A critic had this to say about the photoshopped photo: “Mental illness is running rampant, but what’s worse is that we keep trying to make it okay. For someone to go back to a picture taken 15 years ago and edit themselves to look younger than their own son, that’s crazy! Call it what it is. I’m tired of us averting our eyes from celebrities and celebrities-adjacent when it comes to substance abuse, alcoholism, and mental illness. ?”

Many defended her decision to alter the photo. This backer wrote: “Why do people attack others for having insecurities. Like what is the point?”

Popular Instagrammer and influencer Ariana “Ari” Fletcher shared the two versions of the pictures with this message: “Beautiful either way, but I actually like the natural picture better. People be trying too hard to be funny/disrespectful, and the sh8t is so lame.”

The father of two has been able to put the negativity aside in recent years, and it seems that some of his critics have moved on to his mother.
