Jeannie Mai recently set social media on fire, as the 41-year-old television host updated her Instagram profile with new revealing footage.
The fashionista, who rose to prominence with her becoming the host of the fashion show How Do I Look?, took to social media to showcase her enviable figure.
In the raunchy video clip, Mai appeared to be relaxing with a bubble bath while enjoying a glass of red wine.
The The Real host also looked very cozy as she had her dark mane tied in a messy bun and was smiling happily to the camera.
The celebrity used the opportunity to communicate with her numerous fans and to answer some of their questions regarding her well-being and how she recovered from a recent surgery.
In the footage, Mai also expressed her gratitude to her sibling, Daniel, and her colleague from the Real, Adrienne Bailon, as she stated, “I have to give the biggest hug and love to my girl Adrienne.”
The new material from Mai comes after she recently announced that she was forced to end her participation in Dancing with the Stars due to health problems.
The television TV personality shocked her fans as she sent a picture showing her on a hospital bed while battling a throat condition.
Titled with “I would never imagine having to write this, but I made it safely out of my emergency surgery. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Nasseri, who identified my potentially life-threatening condition, a dangerous infection that already closed at least 60% of my airway.”
With the help and love of her family and fiancé, rapper Jeezy, Mai has been slowly but surely recuperating physically and mentally.
In a recent interview, Mai said confessed that she has been struggling with how she looks and feels after losing 15 lbs. as she recovers and heals from her surgery.
She stated: “After I got sick – I laid on the couch for three weeks, did not have any solid foods… Guys, my mom saw me change and took a picture of my back without me knowing, and took a picture of my body, because … she thought there was something wrong, that I was depressed. And she sat me down and said, ‘What happened to you? You look so weak here.’ ”
She went on to share that she is depressed and added: “I hadn’t even realized that – not being able to go to the gym, not being able to eat – I had lost so much weight. I got so depressed, you guys. I’m not proud of how I look and how I feel. Not because of being skinny, but because of feeling weak and feeling unable to do something.”
