Melanie Hamrick shared some new head-spinning posts on her Instagram this week, showing off her flexibility, dancing skills, and gym technique.
The 34-year-old girlfriend of Mick Jagger is often sharing clips of herself via Instagram, and on Tuesday, she was seen in a pair of tiny shorts and a sleeveless top as she visited the gym and performed some impressive moves and flaunted her impressive physique while at it.
Hamrick wore a face mask and practiced her technique in front of a mirror, surrounded by gym equipment. She held one leg above her head and performed lunges in another clip which she captioned, “feeling all the muscles.”
She tagged the Hamrick Method, a New York-based company founded by Rachel Hamrick, a relative of Melanie.
A follower impressed by Mick Jagger’s lady love had this to say: “Dang! That’s crazy. I better get back to my yoga. I hope I don’t fall. Very inspiring.”
A fan inspired by the jaw-dropping move had this comment: “Mick Jagger is a lucky man. I want to try my version of this. I hope I don’t fall over, but anyway, I’m inspired. ??♀️?”
Another social media user shared: “What balance and extension! Your sister does have a great method. ❤️”
Later on, in her Instagram story, wearing the same outfit she had been working out in, Melanie Hamrick showed her almost-32,000 Instagram followers her handy way to reuse a face mask.
She ripped off the elasticated loops from her disposable blue mask and created a new everyday item — a hair tie.
Last month, Melanie Hamrick shared some romantic photos to Instagram of Valentine’s Day with her partner, Mick Jagger, 77.
The couple has been together since 2014 and shares one son. They celebrated Valentine’s Day with a beautifully decorated table filled with pink balloons and flowers, and Melanie wore a heart print shirt for the occasion.
The couple reportedly bought a property in Lakewood Ranch last October in Melanie’s name for approximately $1.4 million, according to real estate company Michael Saunders and Company.
According to the company, Mick Jagger and Melanie Hamrick did not even visit the house before deciding to buy it.
Last year, Melanie founded Live Arts Global, an hour-long ballet performance that was streamed virtually across several days in December to raise funds for the arts industry and help it to recover after the coronavirus pandemic.
Hamrick has built a real following online.
