Jennifer Lopez shared some photos next to her “favorite lagoon,” wearing a full costume as she appeared mid-way through filming her upcoming movie Shotgun Wedding.
It is not the first time J-Lo has given her 147 million Instagram followers an insight into her outfits on the set of Shotgun Wedding, which is currently being filmed in the Dominican Republic.
In the stunning photo, she is relaxing by a stunning lagoon, wearing a distressed wedding dress with some fake blood marks on it, and revealing a bruised knee which is thought to be from the stunts in the film, although the detail is not known.
She was also wearing a pair of black boots, believed to be a part of her filming costume for the upcoming movie, which tells the story of a couple getting married in a sunny destination before their big day is hijacked by criminals.
J-Lo, 51, wore a pair of silver earrings and relaxed for one of the photos on a fold-down chair with an extendable tray — on which she placed one of her famous sparkling reusable bottles.
She is starring alongside Josh Duhamel, who replaced Armie Hammer when he stepped down at the beginning of this year after it was alleged he had been abusive in some of his previous relationships.
Jennifer Lopez has also had her fair share of drama lately after it was reported she and her fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, 45, had split after rumors he had a fling with Southern Charm star Madison LeCroy, 30.
A few days later, the couple denied they had split and told fans they were still together, and a source has since said they are trying to work things out after a “rough patch.”
A source told ET: “Both J.Lo and A-Rod’s kids definitely want them to work things out and want their parents to be happy, whatever that might entail. Their kids have grown to be so close, and they are all hoping for the best. They still love each other and remain together.”
Despite the difficulties, Jennifer Lopez seemed to have a positive outlook this week, using hashtags #WorkingInParadise and #ProducerLife on her recent Instagram post.
For some observers, the couple has seen their brands reach new heights since they got together. On social media, fans are always ecstatic when the power couple shares new photos of themselves together.
The pair reportedly had the well-being of their children when they got back together.
