Kim Kardashian has told fans that it “won’t be long” before the famous Kardashian-Jenner family returns to TV screens.
Posting to Twitter this week, the 40-year-old reality TV star announced that she and her family would not “be gone long” and revealed that their new show, which will air on Hulu, would be premiering after the final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
The family’s reality TV show, which has been airing for the last 14 years, has sparked sadness from fans as it draws to a close over the coming weeks.
However, Kim Kardashian has said that the entire family will be back soon, with a new show which will air on Hulu in the US and on Star for other countries.
She tweeted: “We won’t be gone long!! Our new show on @hulu will be coming after the final season.”
Last year, the KKW Beauty founder announced Keeping Up With the Kardashians would be ending after its 20th season, which began airing last month.
Posting to Instagram, Kim Kardashian said she was “incredibly grateful” to everybody who has watched and supported the show for more than a decade — shaping the family’s career and “changing [their] lives forever.”
She said: “To our amazing fans — It is with heavy hearts that we’ve made the difficult decision as a family to say goodbye to Keeping Up with the Kardashians. After what will be 14 years, 20 seasons, hundreds of episodes, and numerous spin-off shows, we are beyond grateful to all of you who’ve watched us for all of these years — through the good times, the bad times, the happiness, the tears, and the many relationships and children. We’ll forever cherish the wonderful memories and countless people we’ve met along the way.”
Further details of the new show are yet to be revealed, but it will star Kris Jenner, 65, and her daughters — Kim, Khloé, Kourtney Kardashian, Kylie, and Kendall Jenner.
Kris Jenner said she was “excited” about the new multi-year contract with Hulu and Star, which marks the beginning of a new era for the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
The final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians is focusing on the breakdown of Kim Kardashian’s marriage to rapper Kanye West, 43.
Kim filed for divorce in February this year, after almost seven years of marriage.
However, despite the difficulties, Kim Kardashian has shown she intends to focus on growing her business and looking after her four children — and just this week was included in Forbes Billionaires list for the first time.
