Madison LeCroy has announced she has a new boyfriend but left fans guessing exactly who it could be.
In recent months the Southern Charm star has been linked to former MLB player Alex Rodriguez, who was engaged to singer Jennifer Lopez until they confirmed their split in a statement last Thursday.
Madison LeCroy, 30, shared two photos of herself on Saturday at The Garden Room in Atlanta, wearing a silk shirt and an array of jewelry as she smiled while holding a cocktail.
Her long blond hair fell casually around her shoulders as the reality TV star looked down at her cocktail in the first photo and held the drink to her lips while looking at the camera for the second image.
The caption for her latest post said, “let’s root for each other and watch each other grow” — a cryptic message accompanied by a sunflower emoji.
In the comments section, fans quickly suggested she had started a new relationship with Alex Rodriguez, 45.
One fan told her to pack her bags because A-Rod was “coming for [her],” to which LeCroy replied, “I have a boyfriend!”
Fans had a lot to say about the confession that some people called “another publicity grabbing move.”
Others like this commenter claimed that she is a homewrecker and the person added: “That won’t stop you because you have a boyfriend. It didn’t stop you when you Arod was in a relationship.”
This social media user explained: “Just building up the drama, so you’re “relevant” now you have a boyfriend?”
Some backers rushed in the comment section to say that they believe she is dating her Southern Charm Whitney Sudler-Smith.
A person said: “I heard it is Whitney!” Another chimed in to say: “Is it, Whitney?! Please say it’s Whitney. I’ll die.”
A happy fan wrote: “That’s so exciting!! I secretly always wanted you and Whitney to get together though! Haha ❤️ Very happy for you, though!”
A source spoke to Us Weekly and revealed that Sudler-Smith is not dating LeCroy. Fans will continue to speculate until they find out the identity of LeCroy’s new boyfriend.
The rumors linking her to Rodriguez — who was dating Jennifer Lopez, 51, before their recent split — began after a reunion TV show when Madison LeCroy said she had been messaging a famous baseball player but denied that she had ever met up with him or been physically intimate.
After initially denying rumors they had split, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez issued a short statement last week, saying they were better as friends and thanking everyone “who has sent kind words and support.”
And on Monday, J-Lo looked as glowing as ever as she sipped a cup of coffee and beamed for the camera in four stunning new snaps posted from the Dominican Republic, where she is currently filming the upcoming action movie Shotgun Wedding.
