The source added that Sofia and Elliot spend “practically every day together” and are happy and having fun.
A source told US Weekly that the pair started out as friends, but the romance blossomed into something more.
The family friend claimed: “It’s very nice for Sofia to date someone who her family approves of and likes. Their relationship took off and they have been getting closer and closer and spend practically every day together.”
The insider also explained that her father Lionel grew “wary” of her relationship with Scott but is said to “approve” of her new boyfriend.
