Reunited, and it feels so good — these are the words that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian might be singing over a surprising lunch.
This week, the former couple was spotted by paparazzi as they entered a restaurant — without their four children. The former husband and wife seem determined to be an example when it comes to conscious uncoupling.
Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West were photographed arriving in the same car at a restaurant in Malibu, California. Multiple security guards accompanied the billionaires as they entered the fancy eatery.
The pair was casually dressed with Kardashian’s hair tied up in a bun, and West rocked an all-black attire.
A source close to the rapper and the reality TV star explained that they have remained amicable while the divorce is marching on forward.
The person familiar with the situation explained that Kardashian and West share four children — daughters North, 8, and Chicago, 3, and sons Saint, 5½, and Psalm, 2 — and are on excellent terms.
The former Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and the fashion designer also have numerous business ventures together.
A source told E.T.: “They are on great terms. Although they are going through a divorce, the couple still spend time together alone or with their kids. Kanye lives mostly out of L.A., but when he’s in town, they make it a priority to meet up.”
The person added: “Kim has had the children lately since Kanye has been working on the album. But co-parenting has been going well for the couple.”
In a recent interview, Kardashian sang West’s praises for helping her become more confident.
The mother of four made this confession: “I used to care about the likability. I got to a point — and maybe being in a relationship with Kanye for a decade and someone that absolutely didn’t care about likability factor or what any of perception of him was as long as he was true to himself — that taught me so much in the best way, of, just being me and living in the moment.”
She went on to reveal: “As long as I’m myself and as long as I’m doing it the way that I want to do, like, you have one life, and you’re living it for you. That taught me to just, I think, be more confident in myself and truly not care as much of what other people thought.”
There is a possibility that Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, and all their children will reunite on August 26 for the third Donda album listenning event in Chicago.
