Kim Kardashian has been forced to delete a series of photos she shared over the weekend to hype her ex-husband, Kanye West.
There is no limit to how far Kim Kardashian will go to back Kanye West. Kardashian appeared at his DONDA concert at Chicago’s Soldier Field on Thursday night in a wedding dress and veil and took part in a mock vow renewal.
The billionaire influencer caught heat for attending the event with controversial figures Marilyn Manson and DaBaby.
The rocker has been hit with sexual assault accusations while the rapper was caught making anti-gay comments on stage.
Despite the PR nightmare for the reality TV star, she has decided to keep plugging West’s latest album, and by doing so, she was left red-faced with embarrassment after supporters caught an odd detail.
The former Keeping Up with the Kardashians star posted several screenshots of Kanye West’s record-breaking album playing on her iPhone.
The mother of four picked the songs “Hurricane,” “Donda,” “Lord I Need You,” and “Ok Ok, Pt. 2.” Kim Kardashian was immediately ridiculed for playing all the tracks on mute.
One follower wrote: “Listened to Donda on mute as well. I feel you, Kim.” Another commenter, who busted Kardashian for playing the songs with no sound on, said: “Kim Kardashian posting screenshots of her listening to Kanye’s new album on MUTE is taking me out.”
A humiliated Kardashian has since deleted the pictures and replaced them with new photos with the volume on.
Kardashian’s quick delete and repost come after it was claimed that Kanye West has been telling anyone who will listen that he has reconciled with his wife.
West is also claiming that Kardashian only appeared at his jaw-dropping concert to help beat Drake on the charts.
A reliable source claimed via Page Six: “Kanye has been telling other rappers that he and Kim are back together, but everybody knows that isn’t true. The real story is that Kanye wants to beat Drake in record sales, and he is putting on a big show of performance art to grab all the media attention.”
The insider continued: “They weren’t talking for months after she filed for divorce, but they began talking again earlier this summer for the sake of their kids. Kim is a nice person – while she and Kanye are not back together – she’s happy to support him in his work and his art; she wants a good relationship with him for the sake of their children.”
However, the same source said that “everybody knows that isn’t true,” he is not back with his ex-wife, and the live reality show that he has cooked up is to take down Drake and top his record sales, which so far he has not been able to accomplish.
Despite the fake drama, Donda‘s numbers have been able to beat Drake’s Scorpion, which is the first album to hit one billion streams in its first week and debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album charts.
