Both Prince William and his brother, Prince Harry, have decided to show off their talents as writers.
One of them is doing it for charity, while the other received a multi-million-dollar check to share more truth bombs about the royal family.
According to a royal expert, Queen Elizabeth II has many interesting emotions about her grandsons’ endeavors, and not all of them are positive.
Following into Kate Middleton‘s footsteps with her highly successful photography book, Hold Still: A Portrait of Our Nation in 2020, Prince William will release a new book on the Earthshot Prize.
The Duke of Cambridge has decided to publish Earthshot: How to Save Our Planet at the end of September.
The book is part of the future King of England’s recently launched global Earthshot Prize initiative that pushes people and companies to find solutions to reverse climate and tackle other environmental problems.
According to confirmed reports, the book will “highlight the urgency of the environmental challenges facing our world while also showcasing inspirational case studies of the incredible solutions happening globally to repair our planet.”
Many predict that just like the Duchess of Cambridge‘s book became a bestseller with excellent reviews, Prince William’s book will follow the same fate.
Queen Elizabeth publicly showed support for Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge‘s project. Prince William will make the Queen “proud” with his new book on the Earthshot Prize, while Prince Harry’s memoir will be seen as a “betrayal,” a royal expert has claimed.
Meanwhile, Meghan Markle’s husband signed a $20 million deal with publisher Penguin Random House for a bombshell tell-all book that will be published at the end of 2022.
Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, part of the massive book deal, is expected to pen a book on mental health.
In an interview with OK!, royal expert Duncan Larcombe revealed that Queen Elizabeth would be proud of the book that will serve as a manifesto for the future king.
The author shared: “People should look at William’s foreword as the manifesto of a future king. He’s putting himself absolutely at the forefront of the environmental movement. The Queen will be very proud, especially as he’s following in the footsteps of Prince Philip, who was the original environmentalist at a time when he was almost alone in his thinking.”
He went on to explain that Queen Elizabeth and the rest of the royals see Prince Harry’s book as the ultimate betrayal and added: “The royals never speak out, so Harry writing his memoirs will be making a sensational break from everything the Queen’s reign has stood for. It doesn’t matter if Harry writes that the royals are the nicest people in the world. It will still be seen as the ultimate betrayal. Any friends of the royals who have gone public or written books are cut off and never spoken to again.”
The British royal family has been struck by what is described as a “tsunami of fear” since Prince Harry announced his “intimate and heartfelt” literary piece.
Prince Harry, who has been secretly working on his memoir for over the past year, issued a statement where he promised “an honest and captivating personal portrait.”
The aspiring author said: “I’m writing this not as the prince I was born, but as the man I have become. I’ve worn many hats over the years, both literally and figuratively, and my hope is that in telling my story – the highs and lows, the mistakes, the lessons learned – I can help show that no matter where we come from, we have more in common than we think.”
He concluded: “I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to share what I’ve learned over the course of my life so far and excited for people to read a firsthand account of my life that’s accurate and wholly truthful.”
The upcoming months will have have royal fans on edge.
