Erika Jayne is a woman who speaks her mind even if it means that she will face a backlash.
The reality TV star, who is embroiled in embarrassing bankruptcy and embezzlement cases involving her soon-to-be ex-husband, Tom Girardi, and his partner, Robert Keese, was able to be controversial in so many ways this week.
Jayne faces a massive $25 million lawsuit from the trustee handling the former law firm Girardi Keese bankruptcy case.
It is believed that Erika Jayne, for the past 12 years, was able to live a lavish lifestyle in huge mansions and enjoy exotic trips and fancy clothes, all paid for by Girardi, 82.
Jayne has repeatedly denied the accusations and has stated that she has no knowledge of her spouse’s crimes. A year ago, she filed for divorce from Girardi.
This week, the attorney leading the investigation into Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi’s case, Ronald Richards, took to social media where he had this to say: “What does everyone attorney who worked at Girardi Keese as either an Associate, quasi Partner, or Manager have in common? Answer: Not one of them has taken responsibility for the clients they were obligated to protect and serve or gifted back any of their bonuses or salaries. ? #girardi #girardifraud #lawyer.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member responded by: “Finally, a post I agree with. Only took you a year of looking in the wrong direction … you really are slow.”
Richards hit back with another note that read: “Taking aside the not nice dig from @erikajayne on the IG page, we are looking at all directions, but the big $ went to one person. We have only been retained since June of 2021, so it hasn’t been a year. We have asked for any 411 to aid in the below review.”
Erika Jayne went on to create even more chaos by reposting a picture where she appeared to be comparing herself to Jesus.
The caption from a fan read: “This is exactly how CHRIST died.”
After receiving major backlash, Erika Jayne decided to address the situation with a message that read: “No, I did not compare myself to Christ, someone else did, and I reposted it. ??♀️ Now everyone can have a pretend meltdown about it. ?.”
This comes after Erika Jayne turned heads by posing naked in a series of photos that she shared on social media.
She posed in one racy picture wearing a chain around her body with no clothes on. While in another, she is nude while soaking in a tub.
Jayne sure knows how to grab the media’s attention.
