George Clooney and his wife and attorney, Amal Clooney, stunned on the red carpet of the premiere of The Tender Bar during the 2021 BFI London Film Festival.
The star-studded event took place at the Royal Festival Hall on Sunday in London, England. Amal Clooney brought the wow factor to the event thanks to her drop-dead gorgeous off-white sequined dress.
The famous lawyer and human rights activist showed off her impressive physique in the strapless gown that tied up on the front.
Alexander and Ella Clooney‘s mother added even more sparks to the glamorous look with a pair of large diamond statement earrings.
The British attorney kept her signature sophisticated hairstyle — she had her wavy brown locks in a lovely side-swept.
The legendary actor and filmmaker looked elegant in a black tuxedo. The power couple engaged in lots of PDA as they posed for the cameras. They hugged, kissed, and held hands.
At some point, Amal Clooney’s long gown got entangled in the heel of her high-heeled shoes, and her husband stepped in to help resolve the matter.
While promoting the movie, George Clooney, the proud papa of twin children — Alexander Clooney and Ella Clooney — spoke to Entertainment Tonight and had a few revelations to make about them.
The Hollywood megastar said that he and his wife might have made a mistake by taking this decision: “They speak fluent Italian, but Amal and I do not. That’s a flaw in our logic, right there.”
Amal Clooney revealed that her husband has been teaching their children how to pull pranks on people.
The humanitarian confessed: “He’s mainly teaching pranks for the time being. But we’ll see if it develops.”
The businessman defended himself by saying: “Well, I think those can really pay off over time.”
He took the opportunity to say that after years of dancing with the idea of running for president, he has finally taken a decision.
He said he is not running for the White House — an announcement that might break the hearts of many liberals.
Clooney, who has a passion for politics, social justice and has eloquently slammed former President Donald Trump, explained his decision and added: “I turned 60 this year, and I had a conversation with my wife [Amal Clooney], and we were working a lot, as we both do, and I said, ‘We have to think of these as the halcyon years.’ If we have our health, which we do … and I’m 60, and I can still play basketball and still do the things I love, but in 20 years I will be 80, and that’s a real number.”
He concluded by: “[It] doesn’t matter how much you work out, what you eat. You’re 80. And so I said, ‘We have to make sure we enjoy and live these years in the best possible way.'”
His supporters can now move on from this subject.
