Hayek let her wild side out in a gorgeous leopard print suit for the sit-down on the nightly show. The Desperado and Wild Wild West actress rocked a pair of leopard-inspired pants and a matching blazer.
Underneath, she opted for a sexy sheer blouse that gave a glimpse of her famous curves. Salma Hayek completed the daring yet business look with black earrings and matching high-heeled shoes.
She also shielded her face with a pair of sleek shades. Salma Hayek let her gorgeous brunette hair loose and free in the California wind.
During her appearance on the show, the Hollywood beauty, who is promoting a new movie, shared a hilarious story involving Angelina Jolie.
Salma Hayek revealed that she did not plan to celebrate her 55th birthday, but some close friends and family members showed up uninvited for an unexpected party.
The fiesta ended with Jolie pushing her face into a delicious cake.
The mother of one called her pals and relatives party crashers as she explained why she was not in the mood for a celebration: “There was no birthday party. All of those people were crashers. I said, ‘I don’t want a birthday party this year. I had to work all day.’ Twenty-five people that I told them there is no birthday party showed up anyway.”
As for Jolie shoving her beautiful face into a cake, there was a reason for that.
Salma Hayek told Angelina Jolie that they needed to partake in the Mexican birthday tradition known as mordida, which implies the person celebrating their big day has to bite their cake.
She shared: “After you blow the candles, you have to—mordida means ‘a bite’—you have to bite the cake with your mouth without your hands holding or anything.”
Hayek continued: “And then there’s always one that comes and hits you and sticks your face inside the cake.”
Salma Hayek went on to reveal that Brad Pitt‘s ex-wife did not want to be a part of it, but she talked her into it.
She concluded by: “We told her that I was going to bite and that the tradition was this, and she says, ‘No, no. Oh no, I cannot do that.'” She got over the nos.”
The Eternals will premiere on October 18 in Los Angeles.
