It has been confirmed that Scott Disick is forced to face a harsh reality with the news that his ex, Kourtney Kardashian, and Travis Barker are now engaged to be married and are eager to have a baby together.
Close sources to Disick have revealed that he will cut ties with all the Kardashian/Jenner sisters in an attempt to navigate the news that the Poosh founder is indeed finished with him for good and is getting ready to become Barker’s wife.
Earlier this week, the drummer took Kardashian to their favorite beach, where he popped the question with a multi-million dollar diamond ring.

A second family friend spoke to PEOPLE Magazine and shared that after the Talentless founder lost his mind over the impending nuptials, he announced that he would take some time away from the Kardashian/Jenner clan to figure things out.
The person familiar with the situation claimed that Disick always believed that Kardashian would dump Barker and added: “Scott hasn’t really wanted to deal with Travis and Kourtney because he didn’t feel like he’d have to. At first, it seemed like it was just a casual relationship to him, nothing serious. So he pretty much put that on mute. Hasn’t been giving it too much brainpower, thinking that eventually, they’d break up.”
The source went on to say that the engagement announcement took him by surprise, and he feels uncomfortable about it all.
The pal shared: “But that didn’t happen, and now he’s being forced to deal with it, which is uncomfortable. He knows he has to lean into the discomfort and get past it. He understands that it’s not Kourtney’s job or Travis’s job to make him okay with this. It’s his job, and if he’s going to co-parent with Kourtney, which he has been, he has to process this and make his peace with it.”
Scott Disick decided to distance himself from the Kardashians for the following reasons: “It’s not about them, and it’s not about Kourtney. It’s about him needing some time to process this and deal with it on his own, without them. He’ll come around soon.”
