Kristin Cavallari Took Drastic Action After Sharing These Photos Where She Leaves Nothing To The Imagination

Kristin Cavallari Skips Comments Photos

Kristin Cavallari has taken a little time from her busy schedule to let the naysayers know that she does not read the mean comments they write about her when she shares semi-naked photos.

The reality TV star, who is often on social media to promote the business that pays her, came up with a system to protect her mental health.

Kristin Cavallari has over 4 million followers on Instagram, and she has cleverly used her profile to sell her Uncommon James products.

The television personality often shares stunning pictures of herself in exotic locations showing off her latest jewelry collection.

When not promoting her multi-million dollar brand, Kristin Cavallari enjoys lavish vacations and flaunts her spectacular figure in various bikinis.

The businesswoman is a fitness enthusiast who takes fantastic care of her body after having three children, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Jay Cutler.

Many followers rush into the comment section to compliment her figure and work ethic whenever she drops these provocative shots.

However, the risky photos sometimes attract haters who shame Kristin Cavallari because she is a mother.

Mom shamers, with a lot of time on their hands, like to post unsolicited advice telling Cavallari what she can and cannot do with her body.

Aware of the hurtful remarks, the 34-year-old reality TV star had decided not to scroll through her comment section.

In a new interview with The Cut, Kristin Cavallari revealed that she protects her mental health by setting a series of boundaries.

The Laguna Beach star explained: “I think the biggest thing when you’re having self-doubt is to not be on social media. I’ve gotten to a place where I don’t really read comments on Instagram because it’s just not good for my mental health, good or bad. I don’t think that people praising you constantly is normal, and neither are people tearing you down constantly — it’s not normal. Social media is really robbing us of our happiness, I think. We’re constantly comparing our worst to everybody else’s best, and that’s a really dangerous place to be.”

The fashion entrepreneur and author made headlines a few months ago by sharing a steamy photo that left nothing to the imagination.

Kristin Cavallari revealed that she knew that the negative reaction was too much to handle, and her friends confirmed that she was right.

Cavallari stated: “I don’t read my comments, but a lot of people were like, you got mommy shamed and what not. And I just don’t understand, when you become a mom, it doesn’t mean we have to crawl into a cave and hide out the rest of our lives. A mom is a large part of who I am, but it’s not all of who I am.”

She also revealed how she copes with stress by sharing: “I think the biggest stress reliever is working out. It really is. I mean, while there are obviously great physical benefits, my mental health is even more important, and it’s just a way to keep me sane. And for me, sleep is also so important. So I know that if I’m not getting sleep, I really do start to get stressed out. Maybe I’m not waking up to work out in the morning, but if I need the extra sleep, I’ll do that instead.”

Many think that the mother of three made the right call.
