In a recent interview, the fashion entrepreneur and author explained that she had found a way to enjoy holidays like Thanksgiving with her family while keeping her body fit and ready for these spectacular photospreads.
The Laguna Beach alum sat down with the Daily Mail, where she explained that she fights off the temptation to keep her famous physique, but that does not mean she deprives herself of an occasion celebratory meal.
The Very Cavallari star confessed that she “loves hosting and cooking” and is therefore often around food but has a full-proof system not to gain weight after indulging.
She revealed: “I look at my diet during the holiday season like a bank account — if you go a little crazy one night, then just reel it in for the next couple of days.”
Kristin Cavallari continued: “It’s all about balance. And consistency is key – don’t just fall off the healthy eating wagon completely if you had one bad day or night. The next day, get back on it.”
She went on to say that her days of starring in reality shows about her life are over. She explained why she took that decision: “I would never do another show just about my life. The only reason TV I would get into is a travel show or something in the fashion world,’ said the blonde bombshell.”
Talking about the new jewelry collection, Kristin Cavallari said the following: “As far as her very successful jewelry line, Kristin said that she has had so much fun creating the look. The latest collection is trend-heavy – lots of mixed metals, mixed chains, white enamel hearts. But I like to simplify trends so that they can withstand the test of time.”
Kristin Cavallari finally revealed why her fashion sense is impeccable: “My personal stylist picks all of the outfits for our campaign shoots. I’ve been using the same team since I launched the company for every campaign shoot. It’s nice because the team knows me so well and what I like and dislike, so it makes the shoots seem less.”
