Billie Eilish birthed the fragrance from her own imagination
In a new interview, Billie Eilish said she was driven to create the beauty product because she wanted to wear a smell that did not yet exist.
She came up with a smell that is a reflection of her unique personality — mysterious, sensual with a splash of melancholy.
That translated into a sweet, musky, fruity, and woodsy fragrance.
Talking to Allure, she revealed that her intention was to come up with a perfume that was different. She was “inspired by human bodies to create a sense of intimacy between the person wearing it and everyone who can smell it on them.”
She added that her ultimate goal was to create a mentally sexy perfume.
The Grammy winner explained: “I’ve always been infatuated by necks and collarbones and back muscles and shoulders and armpits. I’ve always thought they were really beautiful. I wanted to accentuate that beauty without making it about [sexualizing bodies]. It’s not really supposed to be physically sexy. It’s almost supposed to be mentally sexy.”

During the virtual conversation, Billie Eilish explained that she became emotional and wept the first time she held the product in her hands.
She shared: “I described in detail what it is that I wanted, what I loved idea-wise about it, how I wanted it to feel, the kind of warmth that When they first sent me the sample to smell, I almost cried because it was so perfect. It was wild.”
As for the idea behind the bust almost sculpture bottle, she shared: “[I want it to be] personal and relatable and intimate. I just want everybody to be able to see themselves in this bottle and see whoever they wanted to see in the bottle.”

This week, the nominations for the 64th Grammy Awards were announced, and Billie Eilish notched seven.
Eilish’s critically acclaimed Happier Than Ever will compete for major awards, including Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Record of the Year.
She happily took to Instagram to announce the nominations and thank her fans.
She said the news was unreal and added: “This is UNREALLLLLLLL!!! Literally insane… such amazing news to wake up to. I could scream. THANK YOU, THANK YOU?? SEVENNNNN!”

The animal lover recently asked people to stop eating turkey during the year-end holidays.
The 19-year-old phenomenon said: “Turkeys are some of the most gentle creatures in the world. And 46 million of them are killed every Thanksgiving. I know it’s hard to change traditions but just keep it in mind :).”
