Attack From Kate Middleton’s Friend On Meghan Markle Confirms Why Prince Harry Cannot Go Home Again

Kate Middleton Meghan Markle Prince Harry William

Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, cannot go home again, like Thomas Wolfe said. The power couple was reportedly invited by Queen Elizabeth II to spend the year-end holidays in England with the royal family.

Prince Harry cannot go home again

After a tumultuous year for the British Royal Family, the California residents allegedly turned down the invitation. It was a unique opportunity for the 95-year-old monarch to meet her great-grandchildren — Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor and Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.

However, behind the so-called official excuses about not wanting to create a frenzy with a trip to England at the moment, there is still a royal family that is struggling to put the pieces back together after Harry and Meghan made some shocking revelations in interviews.

The interview with Oprah Winfrey was a seminal moment that laid bare years of tension. Harry and Meghan let the cat out of the bag.

They suggested that the royal family has racist tendencies and failed to support them properly when they were struggling mentally. Harry claimed that his father, Prince Charles, and brother, Prince William, are trapped.

The former actress tried to show a different side of the narrative that was painted in the media. In doing so, she inadvertently created more palace intrigue by saying that Kate Middleton made her cry before her big wedding in 2018.

The media had previously reported that Meghan was the one who made William’s wife cry. It was even said that the tense exchange was about a flower girl.

Harry’s spouse told Oprah earlier this year: “A few days before the wedding, she was upset about something pertaining – yes, the issue was correct – about flower girl dresses, and it made me cry, and it really hurt my feelings.”

Meghan had also stated: “And I don’t say that to be disparaging to anyone because it was a really hard week of the wedding. And she was upset about something, but she owned it, and she apologized. And she brought me flowers and a note, apologizing. And she did what I would do if I knew that I hurt someone, right, to just take accountability for it.”

Meghan’s revelation might have been anodyne for some because the mother of two concluded by saying the Duchess of Cambridge is a nice person.

However, it is reportedly the main reason why William cannot forgive his brother. Some insiders even say that the siblings have stopped talking to each other. Things are probably not getting better on that front anytime soon.

Kate Middleton’s friend, Kirstie Allsopp, revives feud with Meghan Markle

TV personality Kirstie Allsopp, who is friends with Kate, now claims that Meghan did not tell the whole story. The Duchess of Cambridge was angry after she heard that Meghan was rude to the staff at Kensington Palace.

Allsopp said her pal confronted the Suits star and was left in tears because she rarely loses her composure.

The Location, Location, Location host told The Telegraph: “Kate never ever loses her temper, but she found out Meghan was being rude to the staff at Kensington Palace and she was angry with her.”

She continued: “‘Then, Kate burst into tears because she’d lost control, and she did take Meghan flowers to try and patch things up.”

Meghan Markle denies bullying charge, but ambiguity persists

The bullying claims have been around for a while, but it is the first time they appear in the context of the tense moment between Meghan and Kate. The Duchess of Sussex has always claimed that she did nothing wrong.

She had put out a statement via journalist Omid Scobie rejecting the accusations of bullying. It read: “The Duchess is saddened by this latest attack on her character, particularly as someone who has been the target of bullying herself and is deeply committed to supporting those who have experienced pain and trauma. She is determined to continue her work building compassion around the world and will keep striving to set an example for doing what is right and doing what is good.”

However, earlier this week, Meghan’s lawyer, Jenny Afia, was more ambivalent and instead defended her client based on technicalities.

While appearing on BBC 2’s The Princes and Press, she told host Amol Rajan: “Massive, massive inaccuracies in that story. The overall allegation was that the Duchess of Sussex was guilty of bullying. Absolutely not. I think the first thing is, is to be really clear about what bullying is.”

Afia added: “What bullying actually means is improperly using power, repeatedly and deliberately to hurt someone physically or emotionally. The Duchess of Sussex has absolutely denied doing that, that said she wouldn’t want to negate anyone’s personal experiences.”

With the latest salvo from Kate’s friend, it is unlikely that peace between the two sides will be a reality anytime soon.
