For almost a year, rumors have circulated online claiming that Kelly and Noah were in a passionate romance.
The host of The Daily Show might be a famous figure. He is also very private when it comes to his dating life and rarely talks about his love interest.
Minka Kelly has been off the grid lately, focusing on charities and organizations that are near and dear to her heart.
However, this week, the actress made the surprising move to share the first photo of her boyfriend on her official Instagram page.
The former Friday Night Lights star dropped a photo that was taken during her fun-filled trip in South Africa with her beau.
In the selfie, Kelly is sitting next to Noah, and they are surrounded by a large group of friends and enjoying a boat ride and the splendid view of the endless ocean.
The clan is casually dressed and flashing huge smiles as an indication that everyone is having a great time.
The fitting caption read: “Take a trip to South Africa. Find friends like these. Have the holiday of a lifetime.”
Proving that she has submerged herself in her boyfriend’s culture, Kelly used the informal name for South Africa by adding: “Thank you, Mzansi.”
Hours after the photo surfaced, a source told Entertainment Tonight that the romance is going well and added: “Trevor and Minka’s relationship is going really well right now. They are in a good place and have a lot of love for each other. They have developed a solid foundation and trust one another, which has been helpful as they have been rekindling things.”
An insider previously spoke to PEOPLE Magazine and explained that the duo, who started dating in early 2020, was eager to take the romance to the next level despite one living in New York and the other in California.
A family friend told the publication: “They’re making plans for a future together, and it’s a very stable relationship. They’ve been spending time between coasts over the last year and had been looking for a place in L.A. as a couple.”
Noah showed how committed that he was to Kelly by dropping $27.5 million on a stunning mansion for them in the Bel-Air neighborhood.
However, in mid-2021, the lovebirds split and flew their separate ways months after moving in together.
The separation did not last very long. In the fall of 2021, Noah and Kelly were seen vacationing in the Caribbean and strolling in New York.
Another insider told PEOPLE that they were trying to figure things out and added: “They break up and get back together all of the time. They do seem to really love each other, and each time they get back together, they try their best to make it stick.”
