Shanna Moakler made the surprise announcement that she is pregnant with her fourth child just days after her on-and-off boyfriend, Matthew Rondeau, made headlines for his arrest for felony domestic violence.
And now it is being claimed that Shanna Moakler’s former husband, Travis Barker, who is engaged to Kourtney Kardashian, has decided to show support as she deals with this challenging situation.
In a brief statement released to PEOPLE Magazine, the model and influencer, 46, revealed that she recently discovered that she is pregnant.
Shanna Moakler said: “I took a pregnancy test, and it is positive.”
Moakler also addressed the disturbing situation with her ex-boyfriend by saying: “This has been a very difficult week, but I’m taking everything day by day. I wanted to let everybody know that I’m okay and thank you for your love and support. My family and friends surround me.”
The reality TV star declined to reveal the father of her unborn baby.
Before his arrest, Matthew Rondeau shocked many by appearing in a live video on social media where he claimed that Moakler was cheating and proceeded to call her a long list of horrible names, including “f–king whore” and the C-word.
Rondeau has denied that he would ever “lay a hand” on a woman. He also dropped the bombshell that the former Playboy model still has feelings for Travis Barker.
Matthew Rondeau confessed: “It’s over. I am never talking to this f–king specimen of a f–king human again. Quote me on it. You’re never going to see me with this f-cking —- again. I don’t give a f-ck. I’ve never been so disrespected or so f-cking humiliated in my entire life.”
After the dramatic events, a source spoke to the media and explained that Travis Barker is present for Shanna Moakler.
Moakler and Barker were married from 2004 to 2008 and share two children — son Landon, 18, and daughter Alabama, 16.
Moakler is also mom to daughter Atiana, 22, who she shares with ex-fiancé Oscar De La Hoya.
The insider went on to say that the rocker congratulated his former spouse and let her know that he is there for her.
The source claimed: “Travis has reached out to Shanna and congratulated her. He let her know that he’ll be there for whatever she needs. Whether it be picking up some groceries helping out more with the kids, Travis has her back. He hasn’t asked too many questions about the situation.”
Moakler and Barker’s relationship seems to be taking a positive turn.
