Kim Kardashian put on a brave and what seemed to be a happy face as she sat down with soon-to-be-retired TV host Ellen DeGeneres, and the main topic of conversation was her boyfriend, Pete Davidson.
During the appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the two parties agreed that Kanye West and his wild Instagram rants would not be mentioned.
The comedian asked the billionaire reality TV star about Davidson’s recent photo while in bed with her that sparked the rumors that he had gotten a tattoo of her name on his chest.
Kardashian revealed that the Saturday Night Live star has indeed inked her name on his body in the most bizarre way.
The mogul claimed that the actor branded his upper body with her name so it would leave a scar for life.
Kardashian dropped the revelation that Davidson has already gotten several tattoos as a tribute to her, even though they have been dating for about five months.
The fashion designer said: “he has a few tattoos, a few cute ones…the “KIM” tribute isn’t a tattoo. It’s actually a branding. Let me explain it. He wanted to do something that was really different. The first tattoo he got, I was like, ‘Oh, so cute, thank you! Oh my god!’ Second, whatever, I’m like, ‘Oh, that’s so cute.’ But that’s what tattoo people do, right? They get tattoos of what’s going on in their life.”
The SKIMS founder revealed that Davidson has multiple tattoos in her honor, but her favorite reads, “My girl is a lawyer.” Kardashian added, “that one’s really cute.”
DeGeneres, who was confused about the “branding,” asked Kardashian if an “iron thing went onto his body” for the tattoo.
Kardashian confirmed he used an iron to permanently stamp her name onto his skin and will have a scar for life.
She said this about Davidson’s dedication: “Yes…I just think he was like, ‘I want something that’s there that I can’t, you know, get rid of my tattoos. He’s in the process of getting rid of his arm tats and his neck tats. So he’s like, ‘I don’t want to be able to get rid of it or cover it up, and I just wanted it there as like a scar on me.'”
Kardashian also spoke about her decision to go Instagram official with the comedian: “I guess it’s not official until you post. I have the cutest pictures of us, and I want to be like, ‘Oh my god, we’re so cute!’ But then I’m like, ‘Don’t be so desperate, don’t be posting so much, just give a glimpse.'”
Some fans find that Kardashian has never looked happier now that she is dating the SNL star. Others claimed that she is going through a midlife crisis.
