Prince Harry‘s trip back to England will be complicated at best because of his upcoming memoir.
The highly anticipated tell-all book has many royal family members on the edge because they have no idea what revelations will be revealed to the world.
Note that Prince Harry has rattled the British royals in the past with his extraordinary interviews where he laid bare his soul and called out his relatives on their failures.
Many predict that he will also bail out on her Jubilee celebrations after the Duke of Sussex canceled his upcoming trip to London to stand with Queen Elizabeth II at Prince Philip‘s Thanksgiving service.
In early June, Her Majesty, 95, will celebrate her 70th year on the throne with a series of grand-scale events with her family and the British people.
Prince Harry has recently filed a lawsuit against the British government over a decision to remove his police security when he is in Britain.
Prince Harry explained that he is taking action against the authorities because he feels unsafe to travel to England with Meghan Markle and their young children — Archie and Lilibet Diana.
Royal experts point out that Prince Harry will once more cite the security concerns and skip Queen Elizabeth’s jubilee.
However, these same experts say that they think that Prince Harry is avoiding his home country because he cannot face his family.
Royal biographer Tom Bower recently did an interview with Closer via The Daily Beast. He revealed that Prince Harry is using the debacle with the British police as a shield, but he is most fearful of the content of his $20 million memoir.
The royal expert said: “I think the notion that he’s worried about his own security and needs the Met Police is an excuse, and that, sadly, we won’t see him or Meghan back in the U.K. anytime soon. And I think Harry won’t come back because he knows he cannot face his family and be pleasant with them, knowing what he’s written about them in that book.”
He went on to reveal that Prince Harry will open some wounds and added: “That book will have a lot of casualties and cause a lot of hurt. It will really deliver, as Harry knows it has to, to justify the money he’s been paid to do it. How can Harry come back and pretend it’s all fine? The worst of what he will say is yet to come.”
Recently, a royal insider spoke to In Touch Weekly via Epic Stream and explained that Prince Harry had been forced to break a promise he made to Queen Elizabeth.
It is claimed that Prince Harry wanted to give his grandmother an advance copy of the book but could not do so because of the ironclad contract that he signed with the publishing company.
The insider told the publication that Prince Harry would love to have his grandmother’s stamp of approval and added: “He’s poured his heart and soul into this book, and he’s almost finished. He knows everyone is anxious to read it. Harry and his grandmother are crossing swords over the book. He promised to show her the final draft in order to get her stamp of approval before it’s published, but when she called and asked him to send her a copy, he refused.”
Speaking about the book, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s close ally and author Omid Scobie shared that Queen Elizabeth and her legacy would be treated with the utmost respect.
He explained that her life and work will be celebrated by her grandson and continued: “Harry really is going out of his way to make sure that there isn’t material in there that can be seen as negative towards the Queen or her reign in any way whatsoever.”
The most consequential book about the British royals will be out later this year, and many predict that it will rapidly become a bestseller.
