There has been a bitter war between Kim Kardashian and her estranged husband, Kanye West, since she filed for divorce in early 2021.
The nasty split has played in the court of law and the public eye on social media. Kardashian has now confirmed that their rift will move to another platform — reality TV.
Kim Kardashian and her sisters will have a new reality TV series called The Kardashians that will premiere on April 14 on Hulu.
Kris Jenner and Rob Kardashian are set to appear on the show.
In one of the first trailers for the show, the mother of four opens up about some of the harsh and mean things that West has told her.
An emotional Kardashian confessed: “It is really hard with Kanye. He told me my career is over.”
Kardashian has revealed that West will appear in some capacity on the series. Still, it is not known if he will directly speak about the split or his feelings about the fact that Kardashian is now dating Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson.
The drama between the pair has gotten nasty, with the billionaire rapper constantly using social media to air his grievances against Kardashian.
West recently slammed the SKIMS founder for her parenting skills and allowing their daughter, North West, to appear on TikTok.
He wrote: “Hey everybody, I just got off the phone with Kim. I told her to stop antagonizing me with this TikTok thing. I said never again. I am her father, and I know y’all don’t respect fathers and the idea of family [but] I said I’m not allowing my daughter to be used by TikTok, to be used by Disney. I have a say so.”
He also made these shocking accusations against his former spouse: “YESTERDAY, KIM ACCUSED ME OF PUTTING A HIT OUT ON HER. SO LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT I BEG TO GO TO MY DAUGHTERS PARTY, AND IM ACCUSED OF BEING ON DRUGS THEN I GO PLAY WITH MY SON, AND I TAKE MY AKIRA GRAPHIC NOVELS, AND IM ACCUSED OF STEALING.”
Kanye West’s choice of words for Kim Kardashian has not pushed her to rebuke her ex-husband.
She recently explained why she has decided to ignore the harsh comments: “I don’t think I would ever criticize the father of my children on my TV show. That’s just not really what I’m about, and I just don’t think that would ever make me feel good.”
Kardashian is choosing the high road.
