Kaley Cuoco recently took part in an interview where she had some delightful news to share with the Big Bang Theory fans.

It has been almost three years since supporters said goodbye to the beloved long-running TV series, but Cuoco has revealed that a reunion a la Friends is more than possible.

The Big Bang Theory aired on CBS for 14 years. It captivated millions every week as they watched two nerdy and brilliant physicists, Leonard Hofstadter (played by Johnny Galecki) and Sheldon Cooper (played by Jim Parsons), who are roommates.

The geniuses struck a surprising friendship with the beautiful waitress/actress neighbor Penny (played by Cuoco).

The comedy also starred Leonard’s super intelligent and socially awkward friends and co-workers Howard Wolowitz (Simon Helberg) and Raj Koothrappali (Kunal Nayyar).

Other characters included Amy Farrah Fowler (played by Mayim Bialik), Bernadette Rostenkowski (Melissa Rauch), and Stuart Bloom (Kevin Sussman).

Kaley Cuoco, who is currently promoting her new series comedy-drama, The Flight Attendant, sat down for an interview with Metro. She spoke about her relationship with her former co-stars.

Cuoco revealed that she and her co-stars often text one another when they have projects out. Kaley Cuoco added that they have a special bond after working together for 14 years.

The actress said: “Everyone is really doing great. It’s wonderful to see. That’s what you hope for, right? You hope you want all your friends to be successful. We had a unique experience for so long, so to see everyone doing the things they want to be doing and successful… the texts are always happening.”

Kaley Cuoco shared a sweet story about Jim Parsons’s reaction to the news that she received a Golden Globes nomination for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy TV Series.

She said that she got a sweet message from her longtime friend and added: “Jim had sent me a text the morning of the Globes because he saw a video I posted. He was like, ‘I just saw your video.’ His message was very cute. He was very excited.”

She added: ” It’s just great for all of us because you hope that everyone’s not going to be pigeonholed and everyone from the show is doing the things they want to be doing. It really wonderful, I’m thrilled.”

As to the question, will the cast of the classic sitcom ever take part in a reunion? Kaley Cuoco emphatically said yes.

She said: “Big Bang just ended, so I think we need to give it a little bit of a break. I look forward to a reunion. I hope that our cast will be down for that sometime in the future. I’m ready for that, anytime.”
