In a rare move, both Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have stepped out to deny a bombshell rumor that has been spreading like wildfire on social media.

This week, it was reported via the Daily Mail that Kim Kardashian and her comedian beau flew to England for a mini-vacation to enjoy some shopping and to take part in one of the biggest parties of the year.

Queen Elizabeth II celebrated her 70 years on the throne with the biggest celebration that the UK has seen in a decade.

There were parades, expensive pageantries, and a concert that featured Diana Ross, Alicia Keys, and more.

The Queen, 96, was not able to attend the event because of mobility issues, but many members of the royal family, including Kate Middleton, Prince William, and their children.

It was reported by the British publication that Kim Kardashian’s representatives reached out to Buckingham Palace to obtain tickets to the concert, but their request was denied.

It was claimed that Kardashian — the queen of celebrities with 316 million followers on Instagram and a major reality TV show — pleaded with Palace officials to give her tickets that were not VIP.

A source said that Kardashian was surprised by the rejection because she is a huge privileged Hollywood name who is rarely told no.

An insider reportedly told the media outlet: “Kim rarely gets turned down to attend any event, so this has been quite surprising, especially as she doesn’t visit the UK often. Kim and Pete love the Royal Family and really wanted to be a part of this special celebration.”

However, a representative for Kim Kardashian spoke to Page Six and said that she never asked for the invitations.

The spokesperson stated: “She didn’t even ask to go to Queen Elizabeth II’s historical event and actually returned to Los Angeles on Wednesday — the day before the festivities began — for a pre-planned cover shoot.”

The truth about Kardashian and Davidson’s trip was also revealed. According to the American media outlet, Kardashian and the former Saturday Night Live star were in England for a secret project.

The SNL alum is working on something that will be released soon. Kardashian flew to London to support her boyfriend.

A representative for Davidson also told Page Six there is “no truth” to the Platinum Jubilee report.

Pete Davidson, who recently left SNL, has been working on several movies, and he has been touring as a comedian.

Kardashian has also shared she hopes to collaborate with Davidson on a documentary-style project.
