Charlie Sheen did not waste any time pointing the finger directly at his ex-wife, Denise Richards, after their 18-year-old daughter, Sam “Sami” Sheen, joined OnlyFans.
The actor spoke to Page Six and shared a message for his teen daughter.
The former Two and a Half Men star explained that he finds himself in a unique predicament.
Even though he disagrees with Sami Sheen’s choice to be part of the mainly adult website, he has decided to be supportive as a loving parent.
In his statement released to the New York media outlet, Charlie Sheen explained that he is not responsible for his daughter’s actions because she is currently living with her mother.
He revealed: “She is 18 years old now and living with her mother. This did not occur under my roof.”
He added: “I do not condone this, but since I’m unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy and creative and not sacrifice her integrity.”
Sami Sheen dropped the OnlyFans news on Monday.
The young influencer shared a series of sizzling photos on her official Instagram page, including one where she is wearing a stunning black bikini.
She used the caption to announce her new business venture. Sami Sheen wrote: “click the link in my bio if u wanna see more.”
In her OnlyFans bio, she promised fascinating content at least three times a week.
It reads: “hey ? subscribe to see exclusive content ? ?. will upload new content 2-3 times a week.”
She also invited her fans to reach out and chat with her privately. The teen revealed: “My messages are open, so come talk to me!!”
Denise Richards also spoke to Page Six and confirmed that she has no say about her daughter’s life-altering decisions.
She appeared to defend herself against Charlie Sheen’s comments. The reality TV star told the media outlet: “Sami is 18, and this decision wasn’t based on whose house she lives in. All I can do as a parent is guide her and trust her judgment, but she makes her own choices.”
Denise Richards’s daughter made headlines recently by revealing that she had dropped out of high school and debuted massive wing tattoos on her back.
In September 2021, Sami Sheen took many by surprise by uploading a damaging TikTok video where she called out her mother for creating a toxic environment in the home they shared.
The teenager explained back then that she was “trapped in an abusive household” while living with her mother.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star responded to her daughter by saying that she is stricter than her former husband, and their daughter is having a tough time abiding by her rules.
She claimed: “There are certain rules, and I enforce them. And [at Charlie’s], there’s different rules at that house, and that’s OK.”
After their public fallout, Denise Richards and her daughter eventually made peace. In March, Denise Richards wished her daughter a happy 18th birthday, and the pair also spent Mother’s Day together.
Sami Sheen moved back in with her mother “within the last month.”
