Prince Charles Leaks Private Story About Prince Harry And Meghan Markle For This Reason

When Prince Harry and Meghan Markle traveled to the UK last month with their children, they were told not to bring the Netflix cameras with them — the pair obliged to make amends with the royals.

Prince Harry and Markle wanted a picture of Queen Elizabeth II meeting her great-granddaughter, Lilibet Diana, for the first time. Buckingham Place aides said not a chance.

Prince William and Kate Middleton and their family turned down an invitation to take part in Lilibet’s birthday, and they declined to even meet the child.

There were no interactions between Cambridges and the Susexes because Prince William feared that his conversations would be revealed in an interview or Netflix.

During the trip, top aides, the heirs to the throne, took drastic measures to make sure that none of the private moments between Prince Harry, Markle, and the other royals were leaked to the media.

However, a few weeks after Prince Harry and his wife returned to California, many were left shocked when a Prince Charles aide happily spoke to the media and shared details about his emotional meeting with his granddaughter, Lilibet.

The employee also went out of his way to say that Prince Charles was delighted to reunite with Prince Harry and Markle.

Prince Charles’s affiliate told PEOPLE Magazine: “It was a fantastic visit. The prince was delighted to see his grandson and meet his granddaughter for the first time.”

The royal source confirmed to the publication: “The princess and the Duchess [of Cornwall] were absolutely thrilled to see them. It was very special to have some time with him. He hadn’t met Lilibet, his granddaughter, and so to meet her for the first time was very emotional – it was a wonderful thing.”

Now, the royal author and close friend of Prince Harry and Markle Omid Scobie has shared a jaw-dropping theory as to why Prince Charles has authorized his team to reveal private moments that took place inside the Palace walls.

In a piece he wrote for Yahoo, the royal expert revealed that Prince Charles is pushing sweet gossip to bury his latest negative headlines.

The author of Finding Freedom said the Palace says the future king is now using Prince Harry, Markle, and their children to deflect from the disturbing report that Prince Charles personally accepted millions of dollars in donations in bags filled with cash for The Prince of Wales’s Charitable Fund from Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim, the Prime Minister of Qatar during several years.

The expert went on to say that Buckingham Palace appears to have dropped the Queen‘s old mantra “never complain, never explain” in favor of a “deflect and distract” tactic to get rid of embarrassing headlines and scandals.

Oddly enough, the change of mantra benefits Prince Harry and his family because the stories are positive… thus far.

Scobie explained: “You see when the Prince of Wales was forced to announce via his spokesman that he will never again accept plastic bags filled with €500 notes for his charities, one of his senior aides also briefed journalists with adorable details of the heir’s first time meeting granddaughter Lilibet last month. (Yes, one of the same private family moments royal sources had “feared” the Sussexes would leak. The irony).”

He added: “The strategy worked. Later that day, a quick news search for Prince Charles brought up a long list of headlines about his “very emotional” time with Harry and Meghan’s two children. You would have had to search further down the results to see his £3 million mea culpa.”

He also claimed that the Queen used the same method to hide the alarming amount of money that the royal family cost taxpayers ($122.9 million) between 2021 -2022 while the British people were struggling.

The British clan had the media chasing the details about Markle’s bullying investigation that would never be revealed when the Sovereign Grant Report was published.

Scobie continued: “It was a similar scenario when the Royal Household revealed last week that, while Britain continues to struggle with a devastating cost-of-living crisis, the Royal Family has spent more money than ever. The latest Sovereign Grant Report showed that in 2021-2022 the royals cost taxpayers £102.4 million ($122.9 million)—17% more than the previous year — and their travel costs had rocketed from £1.3m ($1.5m) to £4.5m ($5.4m).”

He went on to say: “Outrage overspending, including the £100,000 ($120,000) spent on just three royal train trips, made its way across more serious media outlets, but the news failed to make the front pages of the country’s most-read tabloids. Instead, their headlines focused on something else – a suspiciously timed update on the investigation into bullying claims against the Duchess of Sussex.”

It will be interesting to see how Prince Harry will react to this maneuver in the upcoming months.
